Welcome to our beautiful 3-bedroom, 1 œ -bathroom home!

The three bedrooms are tastefully decorated with guests' comfort in mind.

Our kitchen is fully equipped.

The bathrooms have fluffy towels and essential toiletries.

Additional amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, an arcade, and free parking.

The home is located near Tarleton, shopping and dining.

We pride ourselves on going the extra mile to ensure your comfort. We look forward to hosting you in our home!

We love The Cozy Cajun Cottage - with Arcade. The home is very quaint, cozy and clean. The A/C works great and the beds are comfy. The Host Amy is so nice and easy to work with. This was our 2nd time staying here and we will be back!

The pictures don’t do this house justice. The owner was amazing! All communication was rapid. We went for our daughter’s graduation. We will be back for her Masters.

Tarleton Softball Escape

From start to finish - highly recommend! Amy was amazing at communication! The house was exactly as described. Pictures are all accurate. Within 3 minutes of the Tarleton Softball Complex!

Fine for the Family

Nice kitchen, living area comfortable, very clean. One bedroom bed is a little tall if you have a senior adult with the group. Host was available to visit about any issues.

Great stay

Such a cute little VRBO in Stephenville. The location was close to EVERYTHING. Loved the backyard, it was super spacious and quiet. Oh and my kids loved the arcade game.

Family annual reunion

House was great! Fully equipped with everything I needed in the kitchen, even had laundry which is amazing when you’re traveling with 4+ people. There’s family games and even an arcade which was so fun. I love the location because it’s not far from HEB or Walmart. Amy is quick to respond and extremely kind. We’ll definitely be back!

Fantastic Location

This property is spotless. The hostess had thought of everything that we could ever want, or need. Coffee and supplies were furnished along with many small touches that made our stay perfect.

Sayne the train

Shayne is our grandson who was on Master chef jr. At 14, he is now in college and working at Newton’s steak house.. so we picked this awesome place to stay! Talk about beautiful And clean ! Oh my gosh it was awesome. Only problem we had was the beds were pretty high
 we are all in our 70’s but we did it! Would love to go back again.
