Charming central house two blocks from the beach

Just a block from the Malecon of Progreso and the beautiful beach with its emerald water, the house is bright and spacious, fully furnished and equipped, provided with all you need for a comfortable stay.
Very central, 10 minutes’ walk to the bus station, close to all that Progreso has to offer, restaurants, shops and beach, but located in quiet alley where you will enjoy a restful stay.
The house has 4 bedrooms and is recommended for 8 people, but up to 12 are allowed with an extra charge per person after the 8th. If you are a larger group, please send a request and we can discuss.
All rooms have air conditioning and fans, the kitchen is fully furnished and equipped and there is WiFi and hot water throughout the house.
Room 1 and 2 are provided with two matrimonial beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV. The TV in room 2 is smart.
Room 3 is provided with 1 matrimonial bed, air conditioning and ceiling fan.
Room 4 is provided with 1 king size bed, air conditioning and ceiling fan, TV, private bathroom.
There is a cute and functional living area and a dining area, the kitchen is fully furnished and equipped to prepare a scrumptious meal or just enjoy a lazy coffee.
The Pool and patio are cozy and intimate, the rest area is the ideal place to have a drink at sunset.
