Studio récemment rénové de 650 pieds carrés dans un quartier calme sur une rue sans issue. Marchez jusqu'au centre-ville de Petaluma et profitez de cette charmante passerelle vers la région viticole, les séquoias et la cÎte californienne. Le tout dans une demi-heure de route.

Petaluma est situé à seulement 40 miles au nord de San Francisco et l'accÚs à l'autoroute est à seulement 2 miles.

Le studio est en bas dans une extrémité de la résidence principale des propriétaires et est fait dans un style contemporain. Profitez du foyer au gaz pendant que vous atténuez l'éclairage halogÚne ou profitez des vues à couper le souffle depuis votre terrasse privée.

N'hésitez pas à utiliser la piscine chauffée par le soleil des propriétaires à quelques pas.

Nos tarifs sont de 150 $ / nuit pour 2-6 nuits, 125 $ / nuit pour 7-13 nuits, 110 $ / nuit pour 14-29 nuits et 80 $ / nuit pour 30+ nuits.

Nous sommes impatients de vous faire sentir chez vous.

We stayed here for a couple of days while visiting a friend in Petaluma. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The extras (eggs, butter, bread, and OJ) were a nice touch. He even bought milk since he knew my son was coming which was very thoughtful. Claus is a great host and I would definitely stay here again when visiting.

Our stay was STELLAR! We were in the area visiting family for a week, with our 7 year old son. The property was perfect for what we needed. Claus was an exceptional host providing recommendations in the area prior to arrival and while we were there, all were excellent. The entire studio was more than fully equipped with everything we could possibly want including eggs, orange juice and bread for breakfast. Claus was quick to respond to our every need. He went above and beyond, caring for our dog while we attended our nephew's wedding. My only disappointment was that I didn't have time to use the pool we were so busy exploring Petaluma. We hope to return to such a great city and will definitely stay with Claus again!

Very nice!! Had everything inside you could want.. view outside was amazing ! Lots of extras were waiting for us upon arrival: fruit, milk, eggs, even fresh flowers ! Clean and comfortable.. Our only complaints would be , there was no top sheet on the bed and nowhere for our little dog to potty close.. dog park is down hill & 1/2 mile away. ..Overall , we had a great stay :)

We enjoyed our stay at this studio. Everything was clean and the furniture and bed were very comfortable. There was some really cool art and decor in the space and everything was well organized. There are beautiful views out the windows. The host was very kind, flexible and responsive and even provided fruit, juice, milk and eggs. Would love to visit again.

We really enjoyed our stay!Unexpected beautiful views. We were there during the summer and the pool was a real treat. Excellent shower, comfortable bed, and plenty of room for a studio. Klaus is friendly and extremely responsive. The studio is downstairs from the main house but completely private. It’s a great place to stay for a getaway!

The host was very accommodating and friendly. The studio was clean and had everything you could need for your stay. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of space to store your things. The area is really lovely for walks and there is a park nearby. If Im back in Petaluma I will stay here again.
