Well equipped condo

The condo was great. It was well stocked . Everyone had their own bathroom which was nice and the ocean views are amazing!

Great location/poor accommodations

We love Beach Colony resort. I have even owned a unit at the property in the past. All units have nice layouts and gorgeous views. This unit however was terribly uncomfortable. The living room furniture has cheap slip covers that slide around and are uncomfortable. The primary bed is truly awful. Sagging twin mattresses on a king frame. And the vent over the primary bed dripped on my head! The patio furniture is falling apart and also uncomfortable. While the unit is spacious and clean and could be as wonderful as others at that location, I can’t recommend it in its current state.

The property was nice, the condo was nice but needed to be updated(carpet, furniture, and cabinets. We had to get a maintenance worker to fix the tv connection, and the internet never worked. I tried contacting the owner through Vrbo a couple of times a few days before leaving but never received any response. On the day I was going to be checking in, a Vrbo rep sent me a text saying we needed to sign the rental agreement. No rental agreement was sent for me to sign until we were 45 minutes away from the condo. For this reason I would not stay at this property again.
