Surrounded by forests and the mountain, this spacious loft condo is the perfect place to relax after a long day on the slopes. This unit offers 835 sqft with 1 queen in the loft and a queen/full bunk bed. If you are looking to ‘play, sleep, repeat’ then this is the rental for you.

This modernized unit offers 835 sqft with a fully equipped kitchen and a 4 person boot dryer. 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, 1 pullout twin and 1 single sleeper sofa. 2 bathrooms. Dining table that seats 6. Wood burning fireplace-firewood included! Smart TV in living room and loft. Washer and dryer. Wi-fi. Private balcony. Easy parking. A complimentary shuttle service is within 3 min. walking distance to transport you to the restaurants and shops in Snowshoe Village.

I have been a vacation rental owner for over 6 years and have high reviews for customer service. I understand that issues or questions may arise so I encourage guests to message via Airbnb first and I'll get back to them as soon as possible. Since cell service is limited when not using WiFi, please let me know how and when to best contact you and the urgency of the issue. If it is urgent, I may call the condo directly. If there is a true emergency, please call 911. If there is an emergency with the condo such as a water leak or heater not working, and I have not immediately responded, please notify the HOA site manager located in the cabin in the parking lot.

A FREE shuttle system is available for guest transportation across the mountain top. The shuttle bus stop is about a 4 minute walk. The bus stop is directly in front of Mountain Crest Condos. To access bus stop, just walk out to road in front of Ridgewood Condos and you will see the bus stop to the right.

Snowshoe Mountain Resort has been called the Island in the Sky. While the Resort offers the amenities, comforts and entertainment you’d expect from a top-rated resort, its location is 4848 feet high in the Appalachian Mountains of West Virginia! There is no cell service within an hour from Snowshoe and WIFI in the Village is often weak. Please ensure you have directions and any contact numbers prior to traveling.

HOA rules:
a. The HOA does not allow pets or smoking inside of the condo.
b. The HOA does not allow more than 6 persons to stay. There is an on-site property manager that monitors so please do not exceed 6 persons.
c. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7 am. Please be respectful of other residents.
d. Do no leave food on the balcony or grill on the balcony. A grill is NOT provided to comply with HOA regulations.
*HOA rules are to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for both renters and permanent residents. Failure to abide by HOA rules may result in loss of security deposit. We appreciate your understanding with these rules.

For check out:
a. Please ensure all doors and windows are locked when checking out.
b. Leave thermostat at 60 degrees when leaving in order to prevent pipes from freezing.
c. Remove all trash include all food from the refrigerator/freezer.
d. Make sure fireplace fire is put out and damper is closed (pushed forward).
e. Strip all used bedding and leave in downstairs bathtub.
f. Do not attempt to open owner's locked cabinets.
