This house is located at 210 Kaelepulu Drive.

A Beach home away from home, with private entrance and parking gate, ensures a memorable and relaxing authentic Hawaiian vacation. A nicely renovated Large Studio home on the East side of the island a block away from Lanikai Beach! This "beach" studio offers unforgettable proximity to one of the top beaches on the island.

This serene location is nevertheless still conveniently located 5 minutes from Kailua Town, known for its exciting array of shops and restaurants.
There are 3 rentals on this "Giant" property. Each has access to its own washer & dryer, ample parking, and 2 BBQ Common areas.
There is a large fenced in yard for everyone to use as well.

This cozy and fully-furnished downstairs Private Beach Studio includes:

Lanikai House Studio C

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I stayed here for a month, and upon arrival there were construction vehicles blocking the driveway that we were supposed to park on. The house was not very clean, as there were cockroaches (I bought roach spray,) and there were no cleaning supplies. After I gave the place a good clean and sprayed for roaches, we were comfortable. It was convenient that the studio had a dishwasher and washer/dryer. The biggest complaint that I have with this studio was that, because we were a block away from the beach, the street in front of the house was continually bombarded with people and loud bumping music ALL hours of the day and night. If you like to sleep, I would not recommend this VRBO. I am not exaggerating, as my wife and I were tired from a lack of sleep about 50% of our vacation. Overall, if I had to do it again and for the money that was spent for this VRBO, I would choose a different studio location.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the construction vehicles when you arrived, which was an isolated incident. We perform regular pest control treatments at all of our properties, and we appreciate your understanding that Hawaii's tropical climate can naturally attract insects. We are unable to control external noise levels in the neighborhood, and we are sorry to hear this affected your stay. We hope that despite these issues you were still able to enjoy your time on Oahu!
