Assurez un séjour sans problème en séjournant dans une location à court terme sous licence. Depuis le 1er août 2019, la ville et le comté d'Honolulu imposent une stricte application des locations de vacances qui ne possèdent pas de certificat d'utilisation non conforme (NUC). Notre NUC nous permet de louer pour moins de trente (30) nuits; sans ce certificat, l'occupation minimale de location doit être de trente (30) nuits ou plus.
La dernière délivrance des certificats NUC remonte à 1989.

Notre Lanikai Garden Studio dispose d'un nouveau système de climatisation split de 24 000 BTU! Cool, calme, confort! Cette maison dans une pièce est un endroit où vous pourrez vous détendre et vous sentir totalement à l'aise. Avec un grand espace et une abondance de fenêtres et de vues sur la flore tropicale. Tout cela est accessible par l'entrée du jardin privé fermé du studio et se trouve à seulement 100 mètres de la plage de Lanikai. Le studio est meublé de deux fauteuils confortables, d'un mobilier en teck et est orné d'œuvres d'artistes locaux.Parking sur place inclus, ainsi que des chaises de plage, des serviettes de plage, des planches de bodyboard et un parasol. À seulement 100 mètres de la magnifique plage de Lanikai.

The studio is spacious and immaculately clean. Everything was in well kept or new condition. Chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach mats, towels and bodyboards were provided for trips to the beach. Rick and Nini were an excellent source of information and helped to make our trip really enjoyable. We would highly recommend them as hosts and stay here again.

Lanikai is everything Waikiki is not, which makes Rick's place the perfect getaway spot. The bungalow was set up with everything the two of us needed - beach towels, umbrella, chairs, cooler, everything we needed for a day at the beach. Plus with a full size fridge, with an ice maker, a full size coffee maker (!), A hot plate and rice maker, this place makes a perfect place to spend a week. I haven't even mentioned the beach is truly steps away. We hope to make it back again one day in the near future. (I highly recommend renting from Rick.)

Rick and Nini are wonderful hosts, making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and to make the most of the beautiful Lanikai beach just steps away. We have been hosting a Canadian family each year since 1995 and a couple from Kennebunk, ME since 2000. We are fortunate to share our piece of paradise with each guest who comes through our doors, and we cherish the friendships and lifelong bonds we develop along the way.

If asked what the most rewarding attribute of our business is, the best answer would have to be that when we host a guest and they share with us that they could only have imagined what a special place we live in. How blessed we are to be able to offer someone a temporary respite from their day-to-day lives!
