The third floor houses a dedicated workspace and a guest bedroom fitted with a queen-sized bed, a full bathroom with a bathtub, a walk-in closet, and its own balcony. But what truly sets this property apart is the rooftop terrace. Equipped with a high-top dining table for 4, an outdoor kitchen with ice maker, refrigerator, fire pit, seating & large flat screen tv. *Be aware of the staircase, taking you to each level.
