Kodiak Valley worked so well for our family! Lots of space in the house to hang out together and have our own private space. We enjoyed the Hot Tub and Sauna. The game garage had lots of things to do pool and ping pong tables, TV, arcade. We really enjoyed our time here. If we stay in this area again we will be staying here!

Thanksgiving Getaway

The house was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. The detached garage/gameroom was a definite plus with lots of diversions for all ages. Great neighborhood and only 5 minutes to Lake Cle Elum. Great location!

Great home for friends and family

This is our 2nd time staying in this home for our annual snow weekend with our grown children and friends. The layout of the home is perfect to allow privacy for couples and multiple gathering spots for hanging out and playing games. Highly recommend! We'll be back!

Great family getaway

Amazing place fun activities and clean. Only possible complaint would be to give a little better warning about the fact that the garage require firewood to stay warm. Heater doesn’t cut it so we ended up buying firewood from the local store I stead of bringing from home.

Fun & Relaxing Family Getaway

This house was exactly what we were looking for. It was spotless, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. We loved the mountain themed decor throughout the home. The lot was large offering us lots of privacy compared to rentals in Suncadia. We all enjoyed the hot tub, large game room, and playing cards at the huge kitchen table. It was nice an close to Roslyn and Lake Cle Elum. It is truly the perfect house for one to three families. We will definitely be back to rent during the winter.

Fantastic for the whole family

Our group of 10 (Adults and 2 kids) had a marvelous time at this fun, clean, well located home. Everything one would need and want is here. Hot tub, sauna, pool table, ping pong, darts, poker table (with chips and cards), a TV in each room connected to Roku and a well stocked kitchen barely scratches the surface. I hope to be able to stay again. Loved it! A hearty recommendation!

Our Home Away From Home

The home was beautiful. Loved the bottom floor media/game room. We didn't realize the home did not have air conditioning. We missed that part of the description when we made reservations; so the first two floors was a bit hot and we headed to the lower floor to hang out. Otherwise, loved our stay!

Fun Family Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A group of us (3 families w/ kids under 7) stayed at Kodiak Valley and really enjoyed the experience. We were worried about the heat (~highs close to 90) but there was enough AC and the basement stayed cool. There were enough activities to keep the kids entertained. Speeyli beach was close and we enjoyed the small shops in Roslyn. There was also more amenities than was listed in the home guide (i.e. a spice rack and tupperware) so we were able to cook and accommodate all the different eating needs for kids and adults. The only issue was that the floor had sticky spots/had a coat of dirt - not super great for crawling babies. Otherwise, the house was clean and very tidy

Extended Family Getaway

Overall, we were happy with this property. Our family has been renting cabins for the past 7 years around Washington state during this time of the year, and we always enjoy the Cle Elum/Suncadia area. The game room in the detached garage was fantastic for the kids and adults! The only thing I didn't like was how slippery the floor was when wet, which was often since we had to walk through some snow to get between the house and garage. Some of the beds weren't very comfortable and a lot of them made noise whenever there was movement. We also couldnt find any extra bedding, which was a bit of a bummer. Each bedroom did have a TV and that was a nice surprise, even though most of us didnt use them. The loft was a nice space for the kids. The kitchen space was good and well stocked with utensils and cookware. This house was a great setup if you have a large group that wants to spread out into smaller groups. Our family likes to all hangout in one central location so the downstairs living area and the detached garage were great for that. The main floor living area was a bit small but we made it work.

This well kept home is comfortable and was roomy enough for our family group of 11. The mud room entry has plenty of coat hooks and space for shoes and coolers. The quiet neighborhood has a warm cabin atmosphere and has easy access to trails and the lake. Small towns and Suncadia's parks are 15 minutes away. The Suncadia disc golf course is challenging and a lot of fun for all ages. The separate game garage was warm and comfortable with the wood stove, seating, TV, and games. The house provided several living spaces to allow our group to spread out for a variety of activities. The kitchen was well supplied with any equipment we might need. It was so nice to stay in a house with plenty of dishes/glasses/silverware for a crowd and with nice quality pans in a variety of sizes. The covered fire table and the hot tub are a great asset and were enjoyable even in rainy weather. Vacation Rental 365 has excellent customer service. They keep you posted on all the details about staying at the house and make checking in and out easy. They also provide information on nearby activities. Their quick response to our inquiries was especially appreciated. We highly recommend them and this rental home.

Great couples getaway spot!

We planned a couples' getaway trip for some of our closest friends (and one of their toddlers) for my partner's boyfriend, and this was an absolute gem of a find. Everything was exactly as described, the game room and group hangout spaces within the house were fantastic, and the few concerns we had were dealt with quickly and efficiently by the property management company via text. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay the weekend!
