Roslyn Ridge Get-A-Way w/ hot tub

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Maple Leaf Lodge is located in one of the best spots in Roslyn Ridge. In summer it's an easy 1 minute walk to the community center pool, basketball, pickleball & tennis courts. Winter boasts snowshoeing, snowmobiling, cross country skiing and sledding. Only a 35 minute drive to Snoqualmie pass for even more snow fun!

End your day by relaxing in the hot tub or around the seasonally open fire pit (burn bans in effect typically during the dry summer months). Maple Leaf Lodge will truly be memorable!

The space
Our home is ready to accommodate you and your guests with plenty of bedrooms and space to relax. Our open floor plan and huge 20-foot ceilings have plenty of space for adults and kids alike. The third-floor loft will be a space your kids will want to hang out in with enough beds for each kid to have their own space, a love-seat recliner, bean bag chair and an X-box. The main living area is perfect for entertaining with an island to accommodate 2, banquette seating to accommodate 7+ and a comfortable sectional. Our large screen Smart TV with sound bar sets you up for listening to music or a night on the couch watching movies. Enjoy your morning coffee on the covered front deck or grilling your steak in the evening. When the sun goes down, build a fire in our backyard firepit (respect the burn bans!) and make some Smore’s while watching the stars or enjoy the gas fireplace during the winter or cool off indoors with our air conditioning.

We have everything you need for your adventure including a wagon, pickleball rackets, badminton rackets, basketballs, soccer balls, lawn chairs, two coolers, picnic blanket, pool/ hot tub towels, sleds and flashlights! Our home boasts 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a sleeping/ hang out loft.

As our guest you'll have access to the community center swimming pool, hot tub and sport courts from Memorial Day through Labour Day (dates & times to be announced each season) for a daily entrance fee (subject to change each season).

The backyard has a wood firepit that can be used only during the months of no burn ban. There is a typical burn ban during the summer months and fires are not allowed and will be fined. Please keep our area safe and respect the burn bans. When burn bans are not in place, wood can be found in the local stores and sometimes along the road from locals within the community selling it.

Guest access
You will have full access to the home and garage. The hot tub is private to the home.

Other things to note
Please let us know within the first 12 hours if you have any issues with anything including cleaning or hot tub. This gives us a chance to try to correct it if possible, during your stay. This is our family home and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do. We really care about your stay in our home.

The house is accessed through the garage and is 3 stories so you’ll need to accommodate stairs.
