Despite the serene setting, you'll be just two blocks from the edge of downtown Edmonds with a wide selection of great restaurants, boutiques, and galleries. You're also two blocks from two wonderful parks, a playground, and a performing arts center, and a mere eight blocks to the water, beaches, and Edmonds/Kingston ferry dock. Additionally, a quick drive from your stay and you'll be able to explore Seattle's vibrant art, food, and music scene, or walk onto the ferry to explore the Kitsap and Olympic Peninsula.

This home has all of the creature comforts you crave. The light-filled living room is adorned with tasteful decorations, comfortable seating, a new wood-burning fireplace, and a TV. The kitchen is well-equipped for all of your culinary pursuits. When mealtime rolls around, eat together as a family inside at the formal dinner table or outside at one of the alfresco dining areas.

With a private washer/dryer, internet access, and a private office, all of your needs are met. Downstairs, you will find a new queen pull-out couch with a private bathroom. Before crawling under the soft linens in each of the bedrooms, head to the balcony for one last view of the sunset's orange, yellow, and pink hues as they meet the water.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
