From the moment you walk inside Barnacle Bay, you'll feel immediately at home. The open living room boasts comfortable seating, a large TV, and effortless access to the full kitchen. Adorned with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, the kitchen makes your culinary creations come easily. When you're ready to eat, dine as a family at the interior dining table, or head for the balcony's picnic table.

The bright and well-decorated bedrooms offer high-quality linens, private TVs, ample storage space, and cool air - thanks to central air-conditioning. The bathrooms have large bowl sinks and tiled showers. Additional interior perks include a separate washer/dryer, cable TV, and internet internet access. In the garage, you'll have access to cornhole, a fish washing table, chairs, and an EV charger for added convenience.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.


Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
