Located in the charming historical area of Rockport, Tx, SO close to the beach, this 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom property, will charm you and create many memorable vacations with family and friends. The owner is a seasoned designer that has outfitted so many vacation rental projects personally and for clients. Therefore, we hope you'll find all the comforts you expect in a high end vacation rental.

PLEASE NOTE: the main house is a 2 bedroom/2 full bath complete with a Primary Bedroom (King Bed) and a Guest Bedroom ( two Full size beds); the guest cottage is a 1 bedroom (King Bed with a twin bed) with ONLY a toilet/sink ....guests of the Guest Cottage have the option of using the private, outdoor shower attached to the Guest Cottage OR going into the main home and using the indoor showers.

Also, we do provide most essential spices and some cooking supplies. However, condiments etc are cleaned out of the fridge after each renter, so please plan accordingly.

We provide some beach towels, however, please provide your own beach carts and chairs.

PRICING:
the base price is reflected....you will receive a quote after you request to book.


GOLF CART FEE:

March 1- Oct 31 $ 180 per day
Oct 31 - March 1 $ 165 per day
Rentals for more than 4 days will receive a 5% discount on the Golf Cart Fee
(contract will be signed before giving you the key information)
The golf cart key and the golf cart will be provided to you with info after you sign the golf cart rental contract.




WINTER TEXANS: please email us an inquiry with your dates and we can quote you a monthly stay. Must pass a background check and submit 2 months rent in advance if the rent is over 2 months. If your stay is for a full month only, payment will be made ahead for the full rate and any electrical and trash pickup fees will be your responsibility.

SPRING BREAK: must be over 25 yrs of age ( provide a valid ID)

We are down the street, walking distance to the Holiday Inn. Your overflow of guests could stay there or there's also the Sunshine Cottage across the street that you can google. (or message me for the link) Also plenty of other cute rentals in your neighborhood I'm happy to help find for you.
