When you aren't scouting for shells and enjoying the sand at Barlows Landing Beach or Megansett Beach, take a peaceful walk to the community's garden, cranberry bogs, or walking trails. Additionally, just half a mile down the road, you'll be pleased to find a pond with public beach access.

Recently remodeled, the interior of Private Pocasset Getaway boasts vaulted ceilings, warm wood finishes, modern amenities, and comfortable furnishings. The heart of the home, the living room, is centered around a decorative, brick fireplace and a large TV. When you aren't unwinding on the oversized sofa, check out the renovated kitchen's stainless steel appliances, center island, and ample meal prep space. Your culinary creations can be enjoyed at the sun-drenched dining table or at the sunroom's quaint table - under the warm glow of the twinkle lights.

Spacious and equally comfortable, the home's four bedrooms offer creature comforts like high-quality linens, natural lighting, and central air-conditioning. The "cabin room" is a second living room with cathedral ceilings and a large sectional. When additional sleeping arrangements are needed, utilize the pull-out bed. A private washer/dryer, board games, a Bose speaker, a Dyson vacuum, and internet access round out the interior perks.

Outside, enjoy the sea breeze while grilling before gathering around the firepit where delicious s'mores will inevitably be prepared.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
