Welcome to the property “A-Wotoch” which means “Your Home”. We are ready to welcome you to this beautiful luxury property created rescuing the essence of Yucatan's colonial homes but with a much more modern, fresh and unique style. The property is a dream, every detail is thought for the comfort of our guests. The location is just 1 block from “Parque de Santiago” where you will have within walking distance supermarkets, bars, restaurants and more.

We'll start with our favorite part of the property, the terrace. It is a space designed for our guests to enjoy with their family roasted meats, hammocks and a delicious swimming pool among nature. The hallways are high ceilings with arches that already had the old house. At night thanks to the lighting you will be transported to a much more cozy and cool space. You will be able to appreciate the sunsets and the reflection on all the pink walls that make it a place of sleep. The area has ceiling fans, barbecue tools, inflatables for the pool and many other things.

The kitchen is very nice, spacious and has all the technology a luxury kitchen can have. You will find dishwasher, washing machine, oven, grill for 6 pans, water purified through our osmosis machine, all appliances and basic items such as dishes, glasses, glasses, pans, pots and more. It also has air conditioning and a TV to enjoy music or parties while you are with your family. The view to the garden and the lighting that comes in is spectacular.

The living and dining area is a very cool area. It has air, fans and very good lighting. The dining room accommodates 8 people is very spacious, stylish and has luxury marble finish. The room will be your favorite place to rest, it is too big like the TV, you will feel in a cinema and all guests of the house will be able to enter comfortably.

Finally, the chambers. The property has 3 and is divided as follows. The first is with King bed, the second 2 Single beds and the third Queen bed. All have private bathrooms inside the bedroom, beautiful vintage vanity sets to fix, fans, air conditioners and black out curtains. You will have beautiful views of the garden vegetation and a central lake. The bedroom with two single beds has TV in case bringing children would be ideal for them.

The location is unbeatable, one block from “Parque de Santiago” where you will find all the services, restaurants and famous bars. The supermarket can go walking, is 4 minutes away as “Super Aki”. There is a market every morning in the park with delicious local food where you can enjoy all your appetites.

Important information that our guests should know.
Staying in this property you will have the ease of walking to all the points of interest of the city, the large square is just 9 minutes away where is the main cathedral. The property does not have private parking but can be parked in front if available on the spot or on the same avenue. In case you need cleaning during your stay it is possible but it has to be booked in advance and has extra cost. Pets are welcome but we ask them to take great care of the furniture and clean all their needs so that the house is kept as new and clean.
