A gorgeous mountain setting awaits at this modern farmhouse in the Whitefield countryside, beautifully situated with views of the surrounding woods and ridgelines. This is a place for unforgettable year-round adventures, with a private hot tub and a wraparound deck waiting to welcome you home.
This three-story home is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, with snowmobile trails accessible right from the property in winter. Come summer, You'll also be perfectly placed for hiking in White Mountain National Forest, skiing the nearby mountain resorts, visiting the spa and golf course at Mountain View Grand Resort, and taking day trips into North Conway. You're also close to Santa's Village and the Weathervane Theatre.
Built in 2018, this home epitomizes the modern farmhouse, with its lofty ceilings, open spaces, and windows framing the outdoors at every turn. Highlights of the interior include a great room with ample seating and an entertainment center, a dining area that opens to the deck, and an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and newly installed central AC in the bedrooms. In the warmer months, head outside to barbecue on the gas grill, share sunset meals at the picnic table, and roast s'mores around the firepit.
For your evening entertainment, play Ping-Pong in the basement, set up board games at the dining room table, or watch your kids delight in the loft play area full of toys and games. Release any lingering stress as you stargaze in the hot tub, and retire to four comfortable bedrooms for a restful night's sleep. A private washer/dryer, and complimentary WiFi are provided as well.
