Our stay at this Bemis point property was wonderful, the home is beautiful inside & out with plenty of room for a few people to be comfortable. & relax ! There’s a full kitchen with all the amenities you would need! I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway thats close to everything! Thank you Debra & Rick for allowing us to stay at your property.

Charming home in the heart of Bemus Point. Very cozy and comfy vibes inside and out. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings, a very private setting. We truly enjoyed our stay, spent many hours on the gorgeous front porch. Debra had a prompt response to all questions. We would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic location in Bemus Point. It's a very spacious and clean property on beautiful grounds, although the lay out is a bit quirky. The host was gracious and readily available for questions. Kitchen could be better equipped for those wanting to eat-in-- ie, there was no cutting board or baking sheets and small appliances like a hand mixer would have been appreciated. Overall, terrific!

Excellent facility and town (Bemus) with a touch of Norman Rockwell. Debra was the perfect host. It's my second time staying at 13 Merz. So close to the lake and shops. Looking forward to my next visit.

The Inn Off Main is a wonderful place to stay for a holiday weekend and family getaway. Debra (Host) was excellent with providing checkin and checkout procedures for the visit. Home is in middle of Bemus Point is an active community with shops, restaurants, and activities which was convenient for family to take a short walk to activities. We hope to be back soon!

The house was located in a great location in Bemis Point. Easy walk to shops, restaurants and the waterfront. Very spacious, clean accommodations. The beds were very comfortable. The porch was a perfect place to hang out on a beautiful fall day. Can't wait for an opportunity to make a return visit!

Attentiveness to detail, cleanliness and comfort made this a welcoming ten-day Bemus Point getaway. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds comfortable, the living room/front porch/patio each a beckoning place to read and relax. Could not be more conveniently located to all things Bemus. Just a great place!

It’s a beautiful and tastefully decorated home. The southern porch was our favorite place to sit. Everything that we needed was available. Beds were very comfortable. We have been staying in Bemus for many years and this is one of our favorite places.

Quaint getaway in a charming town

Exceptionally well decorated and well kept property with owner’s attention to detail for the guests. Hosts are readily available for questions/answers and offer restaurant/area attractions! We would highly recommend this property to friends/family. Sunsets on the lake are a five minute walk away.

We had the most perfect visit to Bemus Point. The house is wonderful. Very comfortable and fully stocked. The hosts have thought of absolutely everything. We will definitely rent again next year.
