Get ready to relax in this 2-bedroom lakefront home on a private road, minutes from Chautauqua. The quaint space features a queen bed and a trundle twin bed, plus a lakefront sunroom with a sofa bed for extra guests. A full-size bathroom includes a bathtub/shower and a washer and dryer for your convenience. The outdoors includes a large deck with a table to eat while overlooking the lake as well as a grill for your use. Ample parking is available in the driveway. Stay comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. The dock is available for guest use as well. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of boating and fishing or enjoying a quiet morning coffee, this perfect home offers a welcoming retreat. Fall in love with this lakefront cottage and enjoy the magic it has to offer. Please note, the fireplace is not available for guest use.
