Cozy studio nestled in the quiet South Hills of Eugene. Free street parking and access to the neighborhood nature trail right out your door. Only 3 miles from Hayward and 5 miles from Autzen yet the feeling of being away from it all in our beautiful wooded hills. Less than a five minute drive to the Spencer Butte Trailhead which offers fantastic views of our city as well as the countryside. You will need to be able to negotiate stairs along the house to access your private entrance.
The space
Studio attached to our home but with separate, private access. Available parking in front of the house with access via lighted staircase along the left side the home. Approximately 450 square foot plus private bathroom. Queen size bed with super comfy oversized chair for ultimate lounging. TV set up with Roku to enjoy all your favorite streaming or choose free TV. Fully stocked kitchen with full size refrigerator. Access to the backyard with gate leading to the Edgewood Nature trail along side a small brook. Friendly, quiet, safe and stunningly beautiful neighborhood.

Access to your studio through private door. Laundry service available for stays longer than 2 weeks.
Other things to note
We do recycle and you may put your glass and can recycling in the small metal trash can located outside your door or leave on the counter when you leave and we will take care of it.

Help one another when we can is one of my mottos so please don’t hesitate to ask for help and we can problem solve to find an answer.

Extra garbage bags are located under the sink so if the garbage is filled during your stay just place full bag outside the door, let us know and we will take care of it.
