Wonderful little place in Eugene with a private outdoor space and all the amenities you could possibly need or want! Super comfortable, clean & well-stocked with coffee, snacks, toiletries, etc.

So much better than a hotel room, both in quality and extremely comparable pricing! The place is well stocked with bathroom extras, and snacks, water, and coffee for the mornings. The stackable washer and dryer is awesome, and if it was a longer stay those would be extremely helpful. It is in a safe, wonderful neighborhood. 10/10 would stay here again when in Eugene!

Excellent place to stay! We had everything we needed and more. Truly one of the best equipped rentals we’ve ever stayed in. Lovely patio with a a relaxing water feature.

The property was very clean and usable. The bathroom was small and did not have a walk- in shower. Joe and I are in our 80s and are used to a walk- in shower in our home and at the motels we stay in. I am guessing that younger people stay at the Wingate. We did enjoy having a washer and dryer also. We were at our son's home all day so were there at the Wingate at night for sleeping. We were very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We love Oregon for the great temps in the summer. We did enjoy our stay very much.

It was great! The fenced off area in the front was private and relaxing, the living quarters were very nice and comfortable, and the bathroom was also very nice! The snacks, tea, and coffee were very additions that I appreciated! I would definitely stay here again!

This is the second time I stayed at this property because I loved it so much the first time. It has everything you could possibly need, and is in a lovely, quiet, safe neighborhood. A special feature is the smart TV that has a feature to automatically sign you out of any streaming networks you signed in to on the last day of your stay. Highly recommend this property.

The space was perfect for my two dogs, my husband, and myself for our short trip to Eugene. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked m, and I’d be happy to come here again the next time we’re in town.

The home was easily located in a cute neighborhood. Parking was convenient and the amenities were great. We were grateful for its close proximity to the stores, coffee, restaurants and the hospital where our new grandson was born. We took lovely walks in the evening, admiring the homes in the neighborhood. The home was clean, and the laundry was such a convenient feature. The front yard was great, to come home to and relax after a stressful day. We will be staying here again!
