Everything was clean and comfy. She provided a lot of xtra’s for our stay. Beautiful scenery and loved sitting on the porch swing in the morning drinking my coffee. It certainly is a quiet oasis if you would like a few days away to unwind! Will definitely be back.

The property was just as described. A relaxing country side setting, but close enough to so many things to see and do. Kathy was easy to communicate with and provided us with everything needed for our trip. We will return to this lovely property soon.

The house made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. Had all the necessities plus so much more. Host was very good at getting back to us with any questions. You could tell she really cared about her guests. This is the best VRBO we have ever stayed in.

This house was the cleanest property I have ever stayed in. The host had every and anything supplied in the house in case you forgot anything. Good location and near many of the wineries.

Absolutely ADORABLE property. The interior is bright, clean, and stocked with all the essentials. Morning coffee on the porch swing is a MUST. The area is so blissfully quiet and we enjoyed watching a hummingbirds and rabbits during the day and stargazing with a glass of wine around the firepit at night. It's a short drive to a variety of wineries and dining options. Kathy the host has put a lot of thought into making a cozy retreat for a relaxing girls' trip.

Such a cute property with everything we needed in the house! We meant to take a card game but forgot. We opened the cabinet and there it was! Lots of guides and literature for the area. Great stay. Great host. Great location!

We had a great stay at Kathy’s place! We were in town for wedding at Climbing Bines and the commute was less than 10 minutes from the venue. The home was very clean, beautifully decorated, private, and super comfortable. Also, a huge plus that it was kid friendly! Kathy is a great host! I would recommend staying here if you’re ever in the area!

This beautiful property is located in the Keuka Lake/Seneca Lake region. It is about an hour from Ithaca and Corning and about twenty minutes from Watkins Glen. The area has countless wineries and waterfalls, kayaking, boat tours, and great food.The neighborhood was quiet, and the property was big enough that kids can have a safe area to run around. We enjoyed looking out at the woods and the garden. The house felt like stepping into someone's home rather than a rental, which made our stay especially memorable.The beds were comfortable, and the towels and sheets were soft and nice to use. The bedrooms had plenty of room to walk around and to put clothes and belongings. The kitchen was well-equipped and easy to use. The host provided DVDs, games, and many items in case you forgot something or don't travel with your own pots and pans. We also really appreciated the snack tray that was left for us. It was a thoughtful touch and made us feel welcome when we arrived. The listing matched the property, and the pictures were accurate. Our host made the check-in instructions clear and was very responsive when we had questions. There is a Ring camera and deadbolts on the two doors, and we felt very safe in the neighborhood.It was a great home base for exploring the Finger Lakes. There was plenty to do nearby and it was nice to come back to a quiet, comfortable place at the end of the day.This would be a nice place to stay for couples, a small gathering of friends, or families.

Perfect cottage

Our family loved this cozy place! It’s an adorable and well organized house with everything one could need. Highlights for us included the big beautiful yard, the porch swing, and how thoughtfully everything was set up inside. Owner was super easy to communicate with as well!

Perfect Girl’s Getaway

We really enjoyed staying in this super clean and well appointed home that was close to all the activities we wanted to do while remaining quiet and peaceful. We were impressed by how thoughtful the extra touches were and how easy the entire process was. We would love to stay again. It’s a very special place and we couldn’t have asked for a better host and “home away from home” for our first visit to the Finger Lakes! Thank you for everything!
