Il s'agit d'un chalet privé récemment refait sur 13 acres, principalement boisé, situé au centre des vignobles, des lacs Keuka et Seneca et d'autres attractions. Des tonnes de soleil à travers les nombreuses fenêtres et portes vitrées. Tous les nouveaux lits, meubles, bain à remous et grande télévision connectée avec Wifi. Cadre à couper le souffle. Plan d'étage ouvert avec 3 chambres de bonne taille avec lits queen et 2 salles de bain complètes modernes avec douches. 3 foyers électriques. Enveloppement énorme autour du pont avec des vues impressionnantes. Vue partielle sur le lac. 7 minutes du port de plaisance, de l'accès à la plage et de la ville la plus proche avec toutes sortes de magasins, boutiques, restaurants et stations-service - ainsi qu'une salle de cinéma. Dans l'un des endroits les plus recherchés des Finger Lakes

Everything was great! There is definitely a musty smell to the house and we found several stink bugs inside. The amenities and cleanliness made it a great place though. We would happily stay again.

This property is very charming on the inside. There is an eclectic collection of lamps all over adding to the quaintness with tea cups and books. In mid May, you can sit on the deck and enjoy the view of the property with the wafting smell of honeysuckle. I will note that the pictures of the property indicating it has a view of Keuka Lake is misleading. You cannot see the lake unless you leave the property and walk down the street. The kitchen is well equipped and one of the bathrooms is large and updated. The beds are comfortable. The couch is saggy and the deck is falling apart, but both are suitable for sitting and catching a movie or sitting outside in the breeze and reading a book. The house is conveniently located to Penn Yan and the Windmill Farm and Craft Market.

This house is a hidden gem. The house was so cozy and pristinely clean. The hot tub was meticulously maintained. The hosts thought of everything, from a fire pit with wood, a charcoal grill, and towels neatly labeled for hot tub use. We would happily stay here again.

This is our second trip to Sunflower Cottage and the location is perfect. Near wineries, markets and the lake, this charming cottage has turned into our go-to spot for a fall getaway!!

Finger lakes vacation

Enjoyed our time at the Sunflower! Spent five days with my husband, adult daughters and dogs. The house was easy to find and central to all of our activities. My dogs appreciated the large yard. Beds were comfortable. I loved all the light from windows and skylights.

Relaxing break.

Pat and Brenda, and their two youngest sons, Mike and Jeff, own and operate a hospitality business in the Finger Lakes since 2006 [Savannah House Wine Country Inn and Cottages]. This includes a country Inn and several private cottages. Each year we have the highest rating in the area.

As soon as we saw this property, we were captivated by it. We knew it would make a wonderful vacation rental. The property is 13 acres, mostly wooded, and is exceptionally scenic and organic. Very private. The house faces south and receives a great deal of sunlight because of all the windows and glass doors. The floor plan is open making for a very roomy feel, but also very cozy with three electric fireplaces.
