Very nice property, clean, well appointed. Amenda was very patient as we tried to figure out the remote for the AC.We enjoyed our stay and would go back.

We had a great time staying at this property, the house is clean and has everything you need. We enjoyed the fire pit and fishing off the dock. We will be coming back again soon. We gave this property five stars, the only thing none of us liked were the beds, being that they were SUPER soft (but that’s our own personal preference). Thanks again, Audrey!

Our plans got thwarted a bit as I was forced in to work my day off
 Audrey was so accommodating!!! She refunded Friday night for us since we couldn’t make it till Saturday. (Last minute too) Absolutely recommend this stay! Beautiful clean LARGE cabin and gorgeous view of the lake!

Great place for my family. We enjoyed the lake view and kids loved the playground along with the kids toys in the house. Had a wonderful stay.

Awesome lake view

It was clean and more spacious than I thought. Very relaxing sitting spot near the lake. It has sun and shade. Quiet and peaceful.

Perfect spot on the lake!

We had a great time staying at this rental property! The house is perfectly appointed with beach towels and kitchen items to make the stay perfect for a family.

Great property

We are a family of 6 that just wanted a little getaway. We had a great time swimming, hanging out, doing s’mores, and playing board games. This property was very open and had lots of space for all of us! It got warm one of the nights and the property owner came and got it fixed right away! They were great to work with.

Great place!

Stayed here while visiting family. Very nice house, clean, lots of nice touches. We hosted a cook-out and it was perfect. Loved spending time by the water and fire pit.

Nice to stay near the lake

I’ve never been able to stay in a house near Five Island Lake, so this was a cool experience. There is a great fire pit area and dock down by the lake. Overall you stay here for the proximity to the lake and the newness of the building. Which is not really offered in any other rental house in Emmetsburg. Grateful for the opportunity to experience it! The house has beautiful new wooden flooring and a nice living room. Check-in using the door code was perfectly easy. The house is set quite far back from the lake so you really have to walk down to the firepit area to get a lake view. I imagine this building is actually meant to be the back guest house and the owners are going to build a full size house in front of it near the lake eventually. Andrea was kind and responsive with my few concerns and I’m sure she will continue to make the house more and more comfortable for guests as the listing continues. Enjoy this unique experience and stay by the lake!
