The listing was accurate except for the bed. The listing stated 2 kings beds which I knew was incorrect but at least expected 1 king bed. Sadly it was just a full bed 😞 other than that everything was very nice.

Booked month in advance

We went to room at 9pm on our 1st day only to find the room was occupied and finding out it was double booked. Called number only to hear person was on maternity leave. Occupant was nice enough to give us a ride to hotel. Very disappointed that we didn’t have room and had to pay a lot of additional money to stay somewhere else for 3 nights. Won’t us summer sky again. Lesson learned.

Aruba getaway on a budget

Easy access to the beach.Host was very responsive to our requests. She provided a drying rack to hang our wet towels and bath suits on. My only suggestion would be to have more towels for guests be provided since there isn’t a laundry facility on premises, however we were given a few extra upon request. .It was convenient having soap, shampoo and conditioner provided, this was a nice touch.I gave cleanliness a 3 because the .Cleaners need to pay attention to bathroom area with a little more depth. Wall and ledge under towel rack were dirty with dust, hair and dirt.

We had several problems during the first week of a two week stay. Electrical problems: all but one electrical outlet worked during the first week. Fridge was not cooling and we lost over 200 in food for picknick with friends. Most of the first week spent waiting and loosing time for problems to be fixed. Because of medical equipment used during sleep, I spent 4 nights of the first week, "sleeping" upright in the living room chair. Note that this apartment does not have an exhaust fan or vent in the bathroom, which means that "venting" is through the rest of the apartment. There is no closet place to hang clothes. We would NOT recommend appt. 4 at this facility. Our previous stay in Apt. 5 was excellent, so choose that one.

From the day I arrived, the TV did not work. It had no internet connection. I sent an email to VRBO and someone came out to correct the problem. He was unable to fix the problem, and he said another person would come out later. That person never came by. The problem with companies like VRBO is that there is no one on site to answer/resolve questions. Using email in lieu of a person on site is not very friendly/prompt service.
