We loved our stay at the Barndo!! It was far enough away from the main roads to feel remote, but close enough to not be far away.

So much room for our group of 5, amenities were great. Location is great for going to the sky bridge and other shops, 10 minutes ride to coffee in the morning if that. Hot tub was so nice to have and beach towels were provided. Used the clean and new pack and play provided for my 1yr to sleep in, also has a high chair in the closet. Highly recommend

Nice stay!

Clean, fun, & inviting! Recommend printing off directions prior to trip due to poor internet signal.

Awesome place

Beautifully decorated Barndo. Teens loved the ping pong and foosball table. Firepit and hot tub were perfect after hiking. They even supplied backpacks and water bottle to use on hikes. Kitchen was well equipped. We had a great stay and would definitely go back to this place!

Weekend trip

This place was perfect for our family of 5! I usually don’t leave reviews but every detail was thought of at this property! Our teenagers were thrilled with the games, hot tub and the snacks left for us! We didn’t get to use the fire pit due to rain but it looked so inviting!

Beautiful home!

We planned our last-minute trip to the area, and the host was very helpful and super communicative in regards to the property and the check in. The home is well stocked, nicely decorated, clean and well-maintained. The family that stayed in the other half of this property, had children as well, so they all played ping-pong and games together while us adults sat by the fire and chatted, all in all a really great stay. I would highly recommend this property and this host for future rentals

Exceeds all your expectations

Communication with Daniel (host) was so easy, he was very helpful and thoughtful. We met the cleaner and handyman when they responded to the visitors at another rental, and they were great. They had left firewood at each rental, the grills had propane tanks full and ready to go. They had extra TP, PT, laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent, dryer sheets, clean linens. They even had towels for the hot tub. Checkout was a breeze. The last mile of drive to the location is a very narrow road, but if you are very careful, it is possible to pass someone going the other direction. Just be careful. Enjoy. We had kids 5-16, parents, and grandparents, and all thoroughly enjoyed the home and the local activities. What a beautiful part of this country!

Thank you so much for the detailed and thoughtful review! We're so glad to hear that communication was smooth and that the extra touches, like the firewood, full propane tanks, and supplies, helped make your stay more comfortable. It’s great to know that your whole family—across all ages—had a great time enjoying both the home and the local activities. We appreciate the tip about the narrow road and will keep that in mind for future guests. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we'd love to welcome you back anytime!

My family really enjoyed staying here! It is a beautiful property to take in while sitting outside, either on the back patio, in the hot tub, or by the fire pit. The “barndo” was spacious and clean. The privacy was great but also offers opportunities to meet traveling neighbors if you choose! Highly recommend! We will definitely be back!
