Bienvenue à 222 Fish Hawk Lane!

Cette maison de 3 chambres avec une maison d'amis (4 BR Maison !!) est sur un grand terrain de coin dans le souhaitable Vanderhorst Plantation. L'aménagement paysager et l'architecture personnalisée en font la destination finale de l'île.

Doté built-ins personnalisés, des plafonds de 10 pieds, plancher en chêne, et les murs de fenêtres, le salon est certain d'être le lieu de rassemblement central pour les amis et la famille. Cet espace se ouvre sur la terrasse couverte et véranda donnant sur la piscine. La cuisine gastronomique est joliment meublée avec des comptoirs en granit, armoires en chêne, carrelage dosseret, verre et grande île. Professionnels appareils Série GE, y compris une armoire avant réfrigérateur côte-à-côte, tiroir-réchaud et Dacor de cuisson au gaz, sont sûrs d'inspirer une création délicieuse.

La suite de maître le roi, situé au premier étage dispose d'accéder à la grande terrasse. Le maître salle de bain attenante offre son et son puits de marbre de Carrare, une coiffeuse séparée dressing, une grande baignoire et douche à l'italienne de verre. Cette chambre est sûr de prendre soin et de rajeunir.
Il ya deux chambres supplémentaires à l'étage. Une chambre d'hôtes a un lit queen et l'autre chambre a un ensemble de lits superposés et un lit queen, parfait pour la famille élargie. Ce niveau comprend également une salle de den et de blanchisserie. Accessible depuis le porche arrière est la maison d'hôtes confortable avec un lit queen, coin salon et salle de bains.

Le point culminant de votre séjour sera le temps passé à l'extérieur. La grande piscine privée avec bain à remous et le pont ont été conçus pour le plaisir avec un espace pour cuisiner-out, bronzer, et dîner. Dix miles de plages de sable blanc sont à une courte promenade à vélo loin. Golf de classe mondiale de golf et centres de tennis sont à proximité, ainsi que d'une multitude de sports nautiques et la pêche.

Great Week!

This house was perfect for our stay! They have pretty much everything you could imagine or want on a vacation! We brought most of what we would want on a vacation and they had everything that we brought! No one wanted to leave! we would definitely rent this property again if we return to the Island!

Great week at Kiawah

We had a great week in this house, despite some iffy weather. We were 7 adults and the house worked perfectly for us. We had plenty of room, the kitchen is well-equipped and the pool/hot tub was fun to have. We were only a mile from the beach, an easy bike ride. Highly recommend this house.

Nice house in Kiawah Island

Great house but kitchen is ill equipped - not enough to be inadequate but poor blender for example. Also for a house with 4 bedrooms there were only 3 rusted lounge chairs by the pool. We found ourselves watching for when one became available. This was significant as we had a lot of pool time because of young kids. We would rent again but they need more lounge chairs.

Amazing house!!!!

The house was fantastic, awesome floorplan, amazing amenities, the pool and hot tub were excellent, house location was excellent. The only tiny little problem was there was a bowl full of cigarette butts on the screened porch and dirty dishes in the dishwasher, should not be viewed as a negative on the house…likely just the cleaning crew missed it as I’m sure they’re slammed busy right now. If you’re looking for a large house to accommodate a big group, I highly recommend this one!!!

Just what we needed!

Our family of 6 adults, a 4-1/2 and 2-1/2 year old had a marvelous time in this lovely, welcoming, comfortable home. It has everything you need, and more. The pool and hot tub were greatly appreciated and used--the little ones became so much more comfortable in the water and truly gained swimming skills. It was great fun to prepare and share meals there. The decor is so well thought out and inviting. We had great communications with the property management team and they were so responsive to questions as they arose. A gold star top billing from all of us!

Beautiful home with fabulous pool

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in 222 Fish Hawk. The home is beautiful, well maintained, and clean. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking for a large family. Our favorite area of the home was the outdoor space. It has a great screen porch for eating or relaxing, and the pool is large with ample space for sunbathing or sitting under an umbrella. Sweetgrass was easy to work with, and we would love to rent this home or another one of their properties again.

The property was exactly as described. Spacious for our group. We enjoyed it immensely! Had some struggles with keys/locked doors on day one but all was resolved in the end.

222 Fish Hawk

The cost is high for 4 bedrooms that far from the ocean but the pool was nice and helped offset the price. There was no electricity in one bedroom but we found the electrical circuit breaker tripped. The porch light would not turn off unless it was placed in a mid position. The house was well equipped and maintained otherwise.

Beautiful and Welcoming

The property was just as described and MORE. The set-up was perfect for our family- We had one family with an adult child upstairs- with their own sitting area; a newlywed couple in the separate living quarters over the garage; my husband and I had the master. We enjoyed the screened-in backporch every morning and evening. The home was spacious and clean. We would rent this home again! Thanks for a great vacation spot!

Just what we hoped for

I chose this home hoping to please 10 other ladies on our 9th annual Kiawah marathon girls trip. We required a luxurious home and a hot tub. We weren't disappointed it's a beautiful home, very big and expansive, with wide stairs, wide hallways, coffered , high ceilings, comfy furniture, lots of marble. The guest house was a nice touch to give privacy. The master bathroom was great , with the really nice shower. Of course, the hot tub was the most important thing. It was great, and when we couldn't get the bubbles to work, the after hours number was answered promptly, and a repairman came out within about 30 minutes to make everything wonderful. I really appreciate that kind of service and will keep that in mind when I make reservations next year.

This property is perfect! Well appointed, great amenities, nicely decorated, large pool with hottub. The home has a nice layout , and accomodated 3 families (12 people) extremely well. It is an easy bikeride to the beach- we rented bike trailers which helped us transport items necessary for the beach. We have been coming to Kiawah for over 20 years, and this home is one of the nicest that we have stayed in. We were very pleased with our choice. Absolutely beautiful!
