Beautiful condo at the Resort at Goose Rocks.

Recently refreshed and meticulously maintained condo in the Resort at Goose Rocks. Minutes away from from the Beach in Kennebunkport, Maine. The condo is conveniently located near the entrance of the property in building 1 with parking and easy access to all the resort has to offer. The unit is on the 2nd floor corner with a large private balcony. The open living room & kitchen has a new sectional couch for perfect viewing of the large 55" TV. YouTube TV provided along with high speed Wi-Fi Internet. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a window desk & chair. The closet in the master provides plenty of drawers and shelves for storage along with provided hangers. The 2nd bedroom is a bunk bed setup with a full bed on the bottom, twin on top. There is a full bath with shower/tub along with a half bath off of the kitchen area. Washer and dryer also in the unit. Linens & bath towels included.

So many great amenities at this private resort. Walk over to the clubhouse to swim in the heated indoor pool & hot tub. There's also a game room with pool tables, ping pong and a workout room. Enjoy the outdoor pool as well with plenty of lounge chairs and tables surrounding. Also on site is beach volleyball, basketball and bocce courts.

A short 2 minute walk next door is the Goose Rocks Dairy serving their delicious Ice Cream! Only a mile away from the general store and paths to the beautiful Goose Rocks beach. (4 Beach chairs, 4 Beach towels & umbrella are provided for your use as well). Daily & week long parking passes are sold outside the general store via the kiosk. Only 4.5 miles away from the downtown port area with plenty of shopping, restaurants & bars to enjoy.

*Important to note: Saturday changeover recommended. No smoking or pets allowed.

This is the best place to stay! Of all our VRBO experiences, this one was the very best. The unit is clean, comfortable, and lovely. Beautiful decor! The owner is kind, responsive, and truly generous. You’ll have everything you need to really relax. We are definitely going to come back.

Our stay in Matthew’s condo was excellent, and was exactly D described. Only 1 mile from Goose Rocks Beach, we took full advantage of the beach chairs/umbrella left in the unit and in-unit laundry. The condo is in a quiet area of the property, but still close to the 2 pools and rec center onsite. Matthew was very responsive to our questions and made the stay easy. Would stay again!

This condo was the perfect spot for our family vacation! Beautifully decorated and just a mile from Goose Rocks Beach, it offered both comfort and convenience. With two bedrooms and one and a half baths, the space was just right for us. The condo is thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need—cookware, a Keurig, and even beach gear like chairs and an umbrella.The complex itself is a bonus, featuring a great pool area with both indoor and outdoor options. Plus, it’s only about a 12-minute drive to Dock Square, where you’ll find plenty of fantastic restaurants and shops.Matt was a wonderful host—quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and full of great recommendations, even for activities with our 10-month-old. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

What an excellent time we had at Matt’s beautiful condo! The condo was impeccably clean upon arrival, and we had everything we needed during our - all too brief - week’s stay. Matt was a very responsive host, communicating almost immediately whenever I contacted him. I would wholeheartedly recommend this particular condo at the Resort at Goose Rocks
I’m already looking forward to next summer’s visit!

Maine Vacation

We have never been to Maine before, but love the beach. This condo was in the perfect location to both Goose Rocks Beach (about a one mile drive) and a short drive to downtown Kennebunkport. The condo had four beach chairs and a beach umbrella which was perfect (especially because we flew into Portland so couldn’t bring these things with us). The beach at Goose Rocks is absolutely beautiful and we were able to see seals one morning at sunrise. The condo is a short drive from the local grocery store, CVS, mini golf, and multiple ice cream shops. We spent two days at the beach, one day traveling down the coast towards York which was only about a 40 minute drive, one day exploring Kennebunkport, and another day driving north to Portland which was just a little over 40 minutes. The condo had everything we needed including bath towels, beach towels, linens, a well supplied kitchen, and access to both an indoor pool (and hot tub) and outdoor pool. The condo is very well taken care of as is the entire property. Matt (owner) was incredibly responsive and shared updates with an unforeseen internet outage which was quickly repaired and some minor maintenance to the indoor pool area. His level of response far exceed my expectations and was truly appreciated. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone who is looking to explore Portland, Kennebunkport, and other surrounding areas. We just got home from our trip and are already talking about making plans to return.

Great spot for a family with young children

We stayed here for a week in August with our two daughters. The location was just a short drive to Goose rocks beach in a quiet condo community with all the amenities needed for a fun vacation! Having the two pools to choose from and a little playground was great for days that we weren't at the beach or just needed an easy afternoon of fun. The condo also had 4 beach chairs and towels which was great. Close drive to everything we needed in Kennebunkport. We will definitely stay here again!

Cute, clean, quiet and great location!

Quiet resort, close to goose rocks beach. Condo is super cute! Clean and well appointed for everything you need on your Maine vacation. Matt is quick to respond.
