This charming 1-bedroom/1-bathroom suite is perfectly equipped for your comfort and enjoyment, featuring a plush King bed and a cozy Queen bed, along with modern amenities like a front-loading washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, an elevator for easy access, and secure underground parking. We are dedicated to ensuring you have everything you need for a truly relaxing stay.

You'll love being within walking distance of delightful restaurants, stunning beaches, shopping, and lively entertainment. The famous Kailua Pier, where the Ironman Championship kicks off, is just moments away, as are the festive holiday parades and the charming Kokua Kailua Stroll. The unit itself is immaculate, offering a spacious and comfortable environment for 2 to 4 guests. Experience the luxury of an oversized walk-in shower that feels like bathing in the rain!

The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven, electric kettle, and coffee maker—everything you need to whip up delicious meals. However, if any of these common areas are not available, we are not responsible, as they are not under our management.

The room also includes a Queen-sized bed, two recliner chairs, bookshelves full of books, Wi-Fi, and another Smart TV for your enjoyment. This was a very comfortable, extremely well stocked, super super clean and well located property. You can walk to shops, bars, beach, cafes, and Kona Brewery. The hosts are very quick to reply. You can tell the place is well loved and likely managed by the owners rather than a big company, as they really care. We literally had everything we could have ever needed for our week long trip. This place was stocked more thoughtfully than another super nice three bedroom condo we rented in the same complex. Plenty of towels, gear, chairs, coffee and all coffee needs, paper products, ziplocks, condiments, ice, rice cooker - my goodness so thoughtful. Very appreciated.

Great location to experience a beach town experience walking to a variety of food, bars and local places. Enjoyed each evening walking to a different place for a cocktail and either back to the condo for dinner or dinner overlooking the water at a local place Not a White Lotus area and some buildings are a little tired. But well worth the stay

Great rental for a small group

The apartment was very clean and well stocked for anything we could need. The owners are very thoughtful and I appreciated not having to guess on anything pertaining to the condo and property. And any questions I did have were answered pretty quickly. I would most definitely love the chance to stay here again!

Everything was as stated in the write-up and more. The condo was very comfortable and well equipped. Even the bathroom had supplies that no 5* hotel even offers. The host were very accommodating with our late arrival and even offered a late check out. There communications was fast and very helpful. We just stayed one night before meeting up with family, but will definitely consider longer stays in the future. Thank you.

Wonderful host and experience

The condo was immaculately clean, has everything what one may need. Excellent location, we could walk to beach, restaurant, pier. Everything within 5-10 walking minutes. Nice mountains views from balcony, and you can even see little bit of ocean between trees. Host was wonderfull too. They let us check in early and check out late. Basket of fresh Hawaiian fruit was left fir us in the kitchen and bottle waters and beer in the fridge. One of the cleanest condo we ever stay...

Unassuming gem

First impression driving into the parking lot it does not seem as fantastic a complex. Get up to your room and every detail is very clean, organized and well thought out. The best part is the location… our unit had the best view of the Mokuaikaua Church and go down to the parking garage, walk through the exit and you were right down in the middle of downtown Kona, where you cannot find parking it was amazing…

Eine tolle Wohnung mitten in Kona und trotzdem total ruhig gelegen. Bob and Rose haben die Wohnung bestens vorbereitet, sauber und liebevoll ausgestattet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und groß. Jederzeit wieder gerne. Großes Mahalo an Bob and Rose.
