This Elegant 4,200 sqft., 6 Bedroom/4 Bath Retreat is tucked away on 2 secluded acres and nestled against the Ozark Mountains. Just down from stunning Lake Dardanelle it features 2 Master Suites, Fireplaces, Living Rooms, Kitchens, and Grand Decks; housing 20 guests. While minutes from the Charming Restaurants and Shops in Russellville, and for the Adventurous, a short drive to Mt. Petit Jean, Mt. Magazine, or Mt. Nebo; offering breathtaking Waterfall Hikes and Invigorating Mt. Biking.
No Smoking or Vaping of any kind.
Pet`s are Welcome upon Approval and Agreement of Pet Policy, with Pet Fee Paid.
Pets must be House trained, No more than 2 and Under 30pds (w/o prior approval, some exception with approval), stay off Furniture and Bedding, and not be left unattended in house.
No parties, events, or extra overnight guests without prior approval
Please be mindful of noise after 10pm and considerate of Neighbors
You must contact us within 1 Hour of Arrival if there is any issue with the home.
If there is ever any issues you must take pictures immediately and text them to the numbers provided.
You may self check-in anytime past designated check-in but Please try not to call us past 7pm unless its an emergency. You are welcome to text if something needs attention.

This home is beautiful and super spacious. Would be a fantastic family retreat/reunion house. We booked both floors, but could have just used one and been fine.

Our stay was excellent! We were able to seat everyone at the large dining table, which was a huge plus for us. The kitchen was well-stocked with implements, and we were able to make all our meals with ease. It was a bonus being close to Russellville so getting groceries was also simple. Aside from a faint scent of cleaning products that bothered us the first 1-2 days, everything was excellent. We especially appreciated the piano. We spent most of our time visiting the state parks nearby, and were able to relax in comfort at the wonderful house when we were done.

The house was beautiful and spacious. Some updates are needed, but overall, we enjoyed our stay. It's perfect for a quiet getaway. It was easy to communicate with the hosts through Vrbo or by phone. They always responded within a reasonable amount of time.

My family enjoyed this beautiful home for a family reunion. We had ample room and the home was very comfortable and served our purpose well. There is no outside furniture for sitting on the decks and we definitely wanted to enjoy the cool evenings and beautiful weather outside. One of my brothers hauled a pickup load of chairs and a couple of tables for our use. The grills are in sad shape. We discussed grilling burgers and hot dogs, but realized that we would not want to eat food that came off either of the grills at the house and did not feel that it would be safe to light charcoal in a grill on the wooden deck. One hot coal falling thru the bottom of the grill onto the wood could spell disaster. One deck did not seem to be real stable and had a hole on one side which was a hazard, so we just did not go out on that deck. Our overall experience was great and we will definitely consider using this facility in the future. Michael was readily available and helpful to address any concerns. A great place to host a gathering. The asthetics of the grounds and home were very pleasing. We loved how it felt isolated from neighbors - - which you cannot even see or realize they are there.

Great place to stay if you are looking for peace and quiet. Close enough that’s it’s not to far away from excellent scenery and hiking. Plus if you know the area great swimming holes. This house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and enough room were nobody was was tripping over one another. Excellent price as well. Will definitely consider staying there again

Ozarks Chapter Arkansas Native Plant Society visit to River Valley

We spent two days in the river valley, visiting Brent Baker who moved Pine Ridge Gardens started in London by Mary Ann King to Dardanelle when she retired. It was good seeing everyone, catching up and purchasing some great plants at PRG.There were enough beds and bathrooms for the group. And, the Steinway baby grand piano was really appreciated.

We rented both floors of the house. We had plenty of room for adults & kids to be together & to separate as needed. :) Rooms were spacious & very pretty & comfortable. Area was nice & quiet. Communication with owner was more successful via VRBO than by text, though cell numbers were provided by owners. Attention needed to: dishwasher downstairs, bathtub upstairs, shower curtain in walk-in shower downstairs. Overall, a good experience.

Overall A Great Place

Lovely location and nice furnishings. Loved having entrances to both upstairs and downstairs and close parking. Also, we enjoyed the Steinway piano. Several of us are musicians. The only negatives: The house was supposed to sleep 20 and we had 18, but still some had to sleep on sofas, which were not sleepers. That's ok, but we had trouble locating extra sheets. We only found 2, but fortunately we had brought one extra. There were way less than 20 bath towels total in the bathrooms of both floors, but the owner did send someone with additional towels the second day. Also, the main kitchen lacked enough plates and utensils for our 18. We had to move a number of items from the downstairs kitchen upstairs while trying to keep straight exactly what went where. All in all, though, we had a great time.
