A MUST SEE 5-STAR BUNGALOW!

This stylish space is newly rennovated. New appliances, flooring, kitchen and furniture. It is less that 100ft from shops, restaurants, and bars in Historic downtown Apex. You will not find a better location! This space boasts a BOHO/Mid Centry Modern design.

WASHER and DRYER included in unit.

TWO Amazon SMART TV's with various streaming services.

Sleeps 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children on fold out couch.
The space
This space includes a living room, kitchen, single bathroom and one large bedroom. The living room and bedroom are furnished with 42” TVs. Washer and Dryer Included in unit.
Guest access
Parking is in the driveway to the left of the home. There is additional public parking in a public parking lot in front of the house. This house is in the center of downtown. 100ft to Tobacco Mule shops, and just steps from Salem Street.

Perhaps the best location in Apex. Just a few steps to all the restuarants and shops on Salem Street. Place "feels" bigger than it looks. Responsive and helpful host. Very comfortable, all amenties you'd need are there and it has a lot of charm. We will definitely book again

Charming Stay in Apex

We absolutely loved our stay at this cozy bungalow. The home was clean and had all the comforts we needed. The little town --with cute shops, restaurants, and ice cream-- was just a few minutes walk away. It truly felt like a peaceful retreat while still being close to everything. The host was responsive and clearly cared about our experience. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming spot in this area.

Quick Getaway

We were in town for one night to celebrate an engagement at nearby FigMINT Farms. The bungalow was very clean, so charming, and had everything we needed. Communication with host was excellent. Walking distance to downtown with so much to do. We would definitely return!

Great Location

The weather wasn’t great so being able to easily walk to restaurants was perfect for me! I also was able to walk the town and I loved going into the shops. The house was clean and equipped with everything I needed.

Awesome!!

My husband and I went for an overnight getaway for a birthday celebration. This house is in the PERFECT location!! We parked and walked just about everywhere and anything else was a less than 5 minute drive. Excellent food and beverages near by. The house was super clean and the bed completely comfortable. We had an absolute blast at this hidden gem and wil definitely book again for another weekend getaway.

Awesome Location

Check in quick and easy. Property host perfect.(responsive and timely). Property was right in the center of things, best location to downtown Apex possible. Bed was comfortable and we slept well.

Little home away from home

While in Apex, NC working I desired a change from hotels and found this little jewel. Perfect one bedroom bungalow in the historic district. Walking distance to great food and drinks.
