I was impressed with this property and I look forward to visiting it again. The only negative, was the front yard was grown up and kind of snaky, but the back yard was well manicured and nice. The hot tub was awesome!!!

This was a comfortable home and a great location to visit family in the area. Check in was easy. Everything was as pictured and we didn’t have any issues during our stay. We will definitely hope to stay here again on a future visit!

The house was spotless when we arrived. Very close to everything you could possibly need. Hot tub was definitely nice to relax in on a chilly day.

Family get together

Came to Matthews to visit family. Home was walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. Home was comfortable, bathroom was modern and very nice.

All The Amenities

Very clean and apportioned with all the amenities you could want. Great location for proximity to downtown Matthews. The only thing I would change is having more window coverings for the back of the house with proximity to neighbors. The back neighbor spent some time close to the chain-link fence-line which made hot tubbing slightly awkward during that window. Overall the home is an absolute gem and you can tell that a lot of thought and care went it to the design and apportionment of the home.

So beautiful!

The whole experience was 12/10! Amazing. Even from before booking, Colleen was quick to respond to my questions and she did so with kindness. I wanted to book the space for my friends who were getting married as a wedding gift! Upon booking, I got all of the information I needed to be able to share with them in a timely manner. When I came to check in, I was amazed at the beauty of this gem! I could feel the love and intentionality in the design of the home. My friends fell in love with the space and it was perfect for them to stay the night before the wedding, get ready on the day of, relax afterwards and rest the next day. They absolutely loved it and used all of the great amenities! One of the nights, the keypad died and Colleen and her husband were super helpful and quick to respond! Her husband is a gem as well, very kind and friendly and we absolutely appreciated their hospitality. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway - this is where you need to be!

Beautiful Property

We were in town for our dad's funeral. This property was comfortable and just what we needed. It is impeccably clean and beautifully furnished. The location is close to major roads and shopping. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful experience

This house has all the bells and whistles!! We enjoyed every bit of it. It was a wonderful stay. We also went to discovery place about 25 minutes away. The town was great! But the house was the best!

The house is located a few blocks from downtown Matthews with plenty of restaurants and bars. Very cool house. Owner provides excellent communication and support.

We were blown away by the style of the home and felt very comfortable. We were impressed with how well stocked the home was! The check in and check out was the easiest we have experienced. Although, the amount of natural light looked appealing, the lack of privacy left us slightly uncomfortable. Although we would like to see more curtains/blinds, we would stay agin.

Amazing!

The property is exactly as pictured. I though it was too good to be true. The house is amazing. Everything is top of the line. The owners are quick to reply. Everything g is within walking distance. Try Brakeman’s coffee, Flying Biscuit, and Jekyll & Hyde! I will stay here again.

Anniversary Getaway

We live in the charlotte area and wanted to getaway locally near the city but also out of the city. This was the perfect place! The property manager sent very detailed instructions for check in/out, how to use AC, Hot tub, fireplace...etc. The Conservatory smelled clean and fresh with plenty of natural light shining through the windows! Living room: It was super cozy! We used the fireplace while watching TV wrapped in clean blankets, played games which listening to music using a big Bluetooth speaker provided with the property. Kitchen: Clean and very organized. It had plenty of plates, cups, bowls and anything you would need to make meals in the house. Bedrooms: There were two bedrooms on this property. The sheets were clean, and the covers were warm at night. The AC kept the place comfortable; and each room had ceiling fan. Oh! And there are power strips that had USB A and USB C charging port. So, we didn't need to pack wall plugs to charge our phones. Bathroom: There's only one bathroom where the toilet was in the back, and you can close the door. The toilet had built in bidet, dryer, and seat warmer! ALSO FLOOR WARMERS! The bathroom came with a lot of towels (body towels, washcloths, hand towels, floor towels, and make up towels). It also came with a hairdryer. The sinks were modern with fog clearing mirrors. Hot tub: Very clean! And private as well. We were able to relax with no issues or worry of being watched being outside.

Fabulous accommodations and convenient location.

The house newly renovated and offered everything we had hoped for for our one week stay. Very quiet and comfortable. The bedding lovely. The host available any time we had questions. We will definitely return. Highly recommend this home for a visit to Matthews.
