Magnifique maison de ville 2bd 1. 5ba sur terrain de golf. 2 lits Queen et un canapé-lit.

Magnifique maison de ville située au 7ème trou d'un CC à South Charlotte. Revêtement et peinture neufs à l'extérieur. Il est entièrement meublé et comprend un lave-linge séchant, un WIFI, un câble et un lave-vaisselle. Townhome vient d'être mis à jour avec des luminaires en nickel brossé. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin. Draps et literie moelleux. Dispose de 2 grandes chambres à l'étage. Le maître a un lit queen et 2 placards avec étagères intégrées. 2ème chambre a un nouveau lit queen size en mousse à mémoire de forme. Salle de bain complète à l'étage et demi-bain en bas des escaliers. En bas a également un canapé-lit si nécessaire. Belle terrasse donnant sur le lac et le golf. Quartier mature très calme. 1 mile de boutiques et de restaurants, y compris Target, Walmart, Harris Teeter, Trader Joes, etc. Cinéma et de nombreux restaurants également à moins de 1,6 km. Ceci est une propriété non fumeur.

The host was very friendly and he was quick to answer questions. The setting was very nice, and very quiet. The location was excellent, it was about a five minute drive to a beautiful green area with walking trails. we were also close to shopping and restaurants.

Very quiet location. Very clean. Beds (2) were comfortable. Could use some improvements. Slider was challenging to open and to lock. Bathroom tub/ shower was missing a glass door. Water pressure was very weak. Flight was delayed so we arrived in dark. No porch light (burnt out). Made getting into lock box difficult. Host was responsive and kind. Put a new bulb in porch lite and tightened the shower handle. He also locked slider and we left it alone throughout our stay. Despite these minor issues, would stay again.

The townhouse is located in a great area of town. The neighborhood was very nature oriented and we even saw deer several times while driving through the area. Easy access to the interstate. The unit is an inside unit but very quiet we never once heard the neighbors. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The owner was responsive to our inquiries. We would definitely stay here again.

The coolest neighborhood! The home was cute and clean and perfect for our family of 4. Private parking lot. We had a deer in our front yard one morning and that was so cool. Overall wonderful experience! Also, our host was quick to respond.

Memorial week in charlotte

Just in town to visit a childhood friend who moved down here from up north he has kids so I chose to use Verbo to acquire accommodations locally. I enjoyed my visit immensely with so much to do in the greater Charlotte area, including the national white water. Center and a day trip down to Charleston all topped off with a memorable stay at a clean convenient townhouse on a golf course communication with the owner was a breeze. I would do it again in a heartbeat thank you.

Just OK- needs some TLC

This property has a lot of potential. It is in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood. The inside of the house seemed to be clean, except for the shower curtain mentioned below; I was reassured that all the linens were clean because all the towels and sheets from the previous stay were left clean in the dryer. It is in need of some repairs/maintenance though. One of the shower doors was missing, and in its place was a nasty, mildew-y shower curtain. The back sliding door needs to be replaced (see review from 2021 where the owner said he was waiting on HOA approval to replace the door). The boards on the tiny deck out back are rotten, and from the deck you can see the large trash bins that belong to this house and the neighbors on each side (and not much else- there is an obscured view of the pond behind the house). The chair cushions on the front porch are filthy and worn (not just from pollen). Window/ door screens are missing. It would have been nice to sit outside and enjoy the pretty setting- or even to open a window on cooler days. This house included the bare minimum amenities- unlike other rentals. I’ve stayed in many HomeAway/VRBO rentals, and I don’t think I’ve ever left a negative review before. This one was inexpensive, so I guess I got what I paid for; lesson learned.

Easter trip

Location is perfect. Golf course is beautiful and quiet with shopping close by. Beds are comfortable. Upstairs shower needs work. It’s clean but half shower door half curtain needs to be addressed. Owner is way to communicate with and check in and out is seamless.

Our month stay

My husband and I picked this place to get out of the cold and visit our family. The neighbors are very friendly and we enjoyed walking and being greeted by people in the neighborhood. The beds are very comfortable and Adam was very quick to respond to a microwave issue. I’m hoping we can stay for a few weeks this summer.

Quiet neighborhood, great location

We stayed here for my son's soccer tournament. The neighborhood is close to restaurants and the grocery store. Condo was clean and owner was friendly/helpful!

Nestled in a beautiful neighborhood

Great location,Loved the neighborhood. Loved the deer everywhere and forested areas. Rental had everything we needed. Comfortable beds. Could use a more thorough cleaning on baseboards, dusty curtains, dog fur in closets and sheets. I believe cleaner came but did the basics. Dog fur is hard to get off of sheets and I believe they had been laundered but there was a lot so rewashing was needed. It would’ve been nice to have some pantry space. Overall, good value .
