This centrally located home in North Meridian is a perfect for family reunions, multi-families, or sports teams. This 3,400 sq.ft. home has 4 bedrooms, an office with a futon, and a theatre room! It sleeps up to 16 with 2 queen air mattresses in the theatre room. If you have a larger group, reach out to see if we can accommodate you! The home is located in an established neighborhood with walking paths! The master is on the main floor with a closet that seconds as a nursery! PLEASE NOTE - QUIET HOURS AND PARKING WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.



The Space:

3,400 Sq. Ft. of fun! The main floor has vaulted ceilings, two dining tables, a fireplace, large kitchen open to the living room. Then down the hall you'll see the master bedroom, office, powder room and laundry room that leads to the 3-car garage. The master is large and has a door to the outside patio. It has a huge walk-in shower, soaker tub, private commode, large walk-in closet that works great as a nursery. The office has a desk, chair and futon, it can double as a bedroom. Washer and dryer are free to use during your stay!



Upstairs opens to a small landing with a card table. and a door that leads to the covered balcony with comfortable chairs! The first room is equipped with a smart TV and 2 Queen beds, similar to a hotel. The back two rooms feature a king bed, with a twin bunk and twin trundle, a great option to put a bunch of kids in one room or a family with little ones. The smaller room at the end of the hall has a full bed with a twin trundle. The guest bathroom has dual vanities, and the shower/tub and toilet are separated from the vanities via a pocket door. Great for multiple people trying to get ready in the morning.



Then the spacious theatre room, with darkening curtains and cool ambient lighting, this room is such a fun gathering place after a long day. 8 reclining theatre seats, a wet bar and table for snacks, it has it all! You can easily fit two queen air mattresses, which are located in the hall closet.



The master bedroom is large and can accommodate additional air beds upon request. The home has enough true mattresses to sleep 13. With the 2 Queen air mattresses that increases to 16. If you are needing actual beds for 16 or more people, this home is not equipped for that.



Guest Access:

You should receive a unique 4 digit code after your booking is confirmed. Either through the platforms messaging or via email. We change codes after each guest for safety and security.



The Neighborhood:

The home is located in the Saguaro Canyon subdivision in Meridian idaho off of McMillian and Meridian.

Our home is professionally cleaned and pest-controlled, but due to our location, occasional outdoor insects or wildlife (ants, spiders, flies, squirrels, etc.) may be present. This is considered normal for the area and does not qualify for refunds under Airbnb policy.



Noise & Neighborhood Disclaimer:

This home is in a lived-in neighborhood. While it’s generally quiet, we cannot guarantee there won’t be occasional sounds of neighbors, pets, or traffic. No refunds will be given for external noise beyond our control.



Security Cameras (Exterior Only) Disclosure:

For the safety of guests and the property, outdoor-only security cameras are in use. There are no cameras inside the home.



Early Check-in / Late Check-out Policy:

Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed and must be pre-approved in writing. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur fees per Airbnb policy.



No Compensation for Utility Outages:

In the rare event of a local utility outage (Wi-Fi, power, water), the host is not responsible, and no compensation will be provided. We’ll do our best to assist, but outages are typically out of our control.



Photographic Accuracy & Variations:

We regularly update and improve our space. While photos are representative, some decor or furniture may differ slightly. This does not qualify as grounds for refund.



Guest Responsibility for Damages:

Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear, as outlined in Airbnb’s Terms of Service and AirCover policy. Any issues must be reported immediately to avoid further impact.
