Enjoy sweeping Gulf views from this newly remodeled 16th-floor condo at Shores of Panama. This 1BR/2BA retreat sleeps 6 and features a king master suite, private bunk room with twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. The modern kitchen includes granite counters and stainless-steel appliances. Relax on the balcony or explore resort amenitiesâlagoon-style pool, tiki bars, hot tubs, fitness center, and direct beach access. A stylish, comfortable beachfront escape for families or couples.
Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.
This vacation rental features: 1 Bedroom, 2 bathroom
The Master bedroom is truly its own retreat. You will find a King bed, with new furnishings and high-end linens. There is a flat screen TV for your entertainment, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/ shower combination. The Bunk Room has Twin beds and a full bathroom. It also has its own TV! There is also a pullout sofa in the living room if additional sleeping space is necessary. The property has a washer and dryer in unit for your convenience.

You will love everything about this gorgeous, fully remodeled Shores of Panama condo. Oceanfront views await with tons of great activities and nearby shopping and dining. Step into the all- white kitchen, complete with granite counters. Everything you need is here, right down to the utensils and small appliances. There is seating for 4 at the kitchen bar, or just take your coffee over to the extra table and chairs nearby. The open floor plan is highlighted by natural light and carries into the living area. This is a genuine entertaining space, with ample seating, a large, flat- screen TV and amazing ocean views. Watch movies, play games or just relax and read a book! The balcony is perfect for sunset cocktails before heading out to one of the many restaurants in the area.
Parking:
You may purchase only one parking pass for this unit. If you have more than 1 vehicle, you will need to park off-site (details below).
Required Guest Registration
All guests must pre-register online to purchase your parking pass(es) and amenity wristbands (RFID). After booking, we'll send you a unit-specific registration link. Upon arrival, you must stop by the onsite concierge upon arrival to pick up your packet.

Motorcycles: Park in the 15-minute zone near the main entrance.
Small trailers: Allowed only on the 12th floor of the garage.
Security: Property Patrol keeps motorcycles centralized for added safety. Contact them at (850) 896-5434 for onsite parking issues.
Offsite Parking Options
If you're bringing an additional vehicle, you'll need to park any additional vehicles in public beach lots nearby. The closest is Ripley's Believe It or Not public lot, just around the corner. There are 3 more public parking locations we will share with booking guests. Use the Passport Parking App to pay and manage your parking: you may download via App Store or Google Play or simply visit passportparking's website. For questions about city lots, contact Public Works.

While staying at the Shores of Panama, you'll be minutes away from everything you could need! You'll have access to beachside activities, watersports, and onsite beach chair/umbrella rentals. Wal-Mart is across the street, and you are about a mile away from Pier Park, Panama City Beach's premier shopping and dining area. You are steps away from Pineapple Willy's Beachfront Bar as well as Ripley's Museum. You'll be across the street from the new 810 Billiard and Bowling complex - with sports simulators, Krazy Darts, axe throwing, an arcade, a restaurant/bar and a Mean Mugs milkshake bar and many other dining, entertainment and shopping options. Like to golf? Signal Hill Golf Course is very close by. For the less serious golfer, there are multiple places to play miniature golf in the area.
Also, there is now a poolside food hut and 1 poolside tiki bar! The food hut offers shrimp boil, pizza, salads, sandwiches, and kids' meals. There is also an inside coffee/donut/ice cream shop in the lobby area. There are poolside lockers for guests to purchase for storing valuables when swimming.
