House was beautiful and very clean. Stocked with everything that we needed. Rooms were a nice size contributing to a very comfortable stay. Area was so calm and peaceful, exactly what my friends and I needed. Mark, the host, was terrific. Very responsive and provided everything we needed to make our stay a success.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful farmhouse on the orchard estate! The home was spotless, and both the check-in and check-out process were incredibly easy. The property is truly a hidden gem. We loved walking through the orchard, taking in the peaceful surroundings, and enjoying the gorgeous views from the back porch.If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway, I highly recommend this property. We'd absolutely love to come back in the fall to experience the pick-your-own season and see the orchard at its peak!

Nice property in a very quiet location. We were visited by a wild deer eating apples on our first morning. Nice house freshly remodeled, very clean with all of the necessities. Would definitely stay there again!

4th of July Trip to visit Family

We are originally from this area, it has become an annual trip for our entire family to get together for the 4th of July. With everyone in town at once,we needed accommodations. This was PERFECT!! It truly felt just like home, not too far from Dad’s house. The house was immaculate, stocked with all the basic necessities (and more than a days worth). Instructions were clear for check-in and check-out. The host checked on us, let us know about the extras that were available for us to such a the grill which brand new. They had yard games and plenty of outdoor seating which we really enjoyed when we treated Dad to a late Fathers Day cookout with steaks on the grill. We really enjoyed the quiet mornings with the deer that visited us each day. The house is roomy, the kitchen is easy to maneuver in and the “kids” loved the garage set-up as a game room. We will be back for sure!! Thank for accommodating us!

My family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful four-bedroom farmhouse in Schoharie. The house has been tastefully renovated and was clean, comfortable, and well cared for. The setting on the apple orchard is peaceful and quiet, with beautiful countryside all around.The host clearly put thought into making guests feel welcome, including a few breakfast items and other little touches that were appreciated. The house had plenty of space for everyone and was a very relaxing place to come back to at the end of the day. There is also plenty to see and do in the surrounding area.We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable, peaceful getaway in a beautiful part of upstate New York. I hope we can return for another visit.

Renting this beautiful newly renovated home was such a breath of clean fresh air. I wanted a place where every member of my family felt like they had their own space while also allowing us all to interact the way a family vacation should be.So clean and secluded. The perfect getaway instead of purchasing 4 separate hotel rooms where we wouldn’t have been able to bond like families should during a family vacation. Mark was so attentive and the house itself was so cozy and met all our needs.
