Professionally designed, this spacious home provides modern comfort along with the convenience of urban living being centrally located in the heart of the vibrant lower east side of Milwaukee. Walking distance to Brady Street, the lakefront, sporting and music venues, and coffee shops, restaurants, and night life.

This property is ideal for friends or family, boasting 1800 square feet and accommodating up to 10 guests, on a 3rd floor, approximately 30 steps from porch to unit, but well worth it! Enjoy the foosball table, multiple board games, and Alexa smart speaker for music.

After a day of exploring the city, unwind in the inviting living room, perfect for relaxation and entertainment with a large custom sectional, entertaining area and 65" smart TV.

Stunning well-appointed kitchen provides a great setting for meals and gathering around the table. Featuring stainless steel appliances, overhead hood, large island, dining space and coffee bar.

Bedrooms: Primary bedroom with king size bed and smart TV, and a walk-in-closet, 2nd bedroom with queen size bed, 3rd bedroom with twin over full bunk bed, twin day bed and bonus twin trundle bed, the game room also has a sleeper sofa that converts into a full size bed.

Spacious fully renovated bathroom features a walk in shower, and huge vanity, and a stackable W/D.

There is 1 garage stall provided with your stay, the garage is standard size, 7 feet wide. If your vehicle is larger, you can find ample free street parking as well.

As a bonus, enjoy the serene back yard for grilling or a relaxing get together. Security: The property is equipped with exterior security cameras for guest safety and property protection.

Great Stay

Was staying in town for the state fair and a Brewer’s game with some friends. Had an excellent time and would highly recommend if you’re looking for somewhere with good walking/uber access to the East side and lakefront

Good time in Milwaukee!

My college friends and I rented this flat for the night. Close to Fiserv Forum so we could enjoy the game. Close to downtown restaurants for dinner. It accommodated all five of us with ease. Even had a foosball table to entertain us! Would definitely book again.

Great location, lots to do within walking distance, quiet building, nice accommodations. Our main concern was the accuracy of the listing. There were five flights of VERY steep stairs, some without handrails or visual markings to get up to the apartment. This presents significant concerns for anyone with mobility issues. I would not recommend for anyone with visual impairments, mobility concerns with stairs or who needs to carry strollers up and down.

The property was very nice. Great communication from owner. It was quite warm during our stay and we would have preferred better air-conditioning options. There were more stairs to get to property than we had we expected and was rather hard for older adults, small children and bringing up luggage and supplies. Very clean place with small number of things to do when checking out. We didn't use garage and street parking was easy. Comfy couch and beds. Plenty of room and supplies for this family of 8! Appreciated the coffee pods and snacks that were left for us.

Perfect location,plenty of room

A group of us stayed for summerfest. It was spacious, clean,comfortable, beautifully decorated, had a garage for parking and in a great neighborhood. It was in a great location with many places to eat and shop nearby. We walked to and from summerfest and felt quite safe. The owner was excellent to communicate with and so accommodating. Would absolutely recommend this property to others and will book again when in Milwaukee.

Family fun first time

Spacious “small” spot to stretch out after touring the city. Very clean and accommodating. Communication with the owner, fast and helpful. Since we visited in the summer, our nights were a bit uncomfortably hot without central air, despite the few small room ac units.

Really great experience. Had a small bachelor party with friends and family. The home was very clean and updated looking. We stayed in almost the whole time, and had an excellent place in the living room to sit back, talk, and play some board games. Very happy with the experience!

My family was in town for a concert. The rental was close to the Lakefront and easy to get around from the unit. The only feature that I would have wanted to know ahead of time was the amount of stairs to get up to the unit. They were narrow, and steep. It made a few family members feel a little uneasy, especially bringing bags and food upstairs. It certainly didn’t impact our trip, we just would have known ahead of time.

Worth staying

The property was a good place to stay at! I will say it was what we needed for everyone to stay and have a place to sleep. The only issue with was trying to fit a vehicle in the garage. We took my friends Tahoe and it was a tough spot to fit in the garage, which we can tell it’s meant for smaller vehicles. And there were a pair of eyelashes set out on the coffee table. But overall for anyone with a bigger family or group of friends that need somewhere to stay I would recommend this location!

Galentine Overnight

We loved this property! Five of us stayed for the night and had everything we needed! The apartment is spacious, has a large variety of sleeping options and is extremely clean. The decor looks exactly like the photos (even better in person!) and has all the amenities you will need, including a washer and dryer if need be. Check in was simple and seamless. The neighborhood was clean and felt very safe. The host is wonderful. She communicates quickly and was able to answer all of our questions. We had some personal trouble come up as we were getting ready to depart and she could not have been more helpful in accommodating us. We would most definitely stay again!

Overall the place was very nice and lots a space . On the other hand it was a lot of stairs . I booked for the small game night on new years . Even when the site says it allows 10 guest they told me a different (lower) number in the check in information . (hints the place said events allowed only reason I booked . With that being said the host tried to cancel my reservation saying I would get a refund when I was already in the unit . Also saying it was a party suspected when I already told them what Was going to happen.

Awesome location, awesome property manager

We only stayed 1 night. House was clean with plenty of room for all of us. Some of the house was very old fashioned which added to the original charm inside. The proximity to nightlife and many other things was great, a very short walk. We went to the Brewers game and the local info the manager gave us was amazing. We took full advantage of the options available with the information she shared. The only down side (found on most homes in a very large range around Milwaukee) there is only 1 restroom. But thats most homes I found within a 200 mile radius. Be prepared for a good amount of stairs in and out. We enjoyed our stay without any issues at all! We would definitely stay again when we make it back to the area!
