Safe clean convenient stay

We had a great stay at this clean, spacious condo in Branson. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The kitchen was roomy and well-stocked with all the appliances and utensils we needed, which made meals easy. The location was perfect, walking distance to the pool, in a safe, gated community, and close to all the main attractions. Very comfortable and convenient, would definitely stay again!

Great location - super clean!

The condo was perfect for our quick weekend getaway. It was clean, in a great location within a gated community! We’d definitely stay again!

Great place to stay in Branson

We enjoyed staying at this condo. The pool is a short walk away and my kids loved swimming and playing pickeball. (We brought our own pickleball sets but they had nets set up on the tennis courts.)

Perfect place to stay in Branson.

This condo was very spacious and clean. Extremely well stocked with everything you will need. I was surprised and pleased to find things like beach towels and laundry baskets. These little touches made our stay even better! Highly recommend!

Fine for our purchases.

The unit smelled like smokers had been guests before us. There was no coffee provided that I could find. Otherwise our stay was fine.

Christmas getaway

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. Everyone had their own space and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals. Check in and out was easy and communication with host was frequent and helpful. The building itself was quiet as there was really no one else there on the week days. We love staying at Pointe Royale because of the location, friendly community, and rec center with the indoor pool and hot tub (especially during the winter). The only downside we felt were the beds were a little hard for our personal preferences and we wished there were more pillow/blanket extras. Would stay again!!

Terrible experience

We were extremely disappointed with the property. For starters the owner didn’t send the code to get in when we arrived & was rude. The main tub was disgusting, the ice & water dispenser had build up & was dirty, inside the freezer at the bottom of the door was filthy, the cushions on the bar stools were filthy & stained, the dishwasher had clear tape all around the front like it was securing the front panel, the recliner which was the main reason we booked this property was broken down & material was ripped & missing on both of the sides.We left a day early, which we have never done because we don’t get much time away. It was very frustrating & would not ever recommend renting this property.
