Our first floor has great ocean views and is up the hill from beverly beach.
Have lunch together at the picnic table or morning coffee on the deck.
The downstairs has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a full kitchen, dinning room and living room that will accommodate up to 6 people.
Wifi for work and play, plus a living room smart tv.
Master has a king bed, smart tv and work desk.
Second bedroom has 2 queens beds.
Set on a very quiet 1/3 acre, so no neighbors right next door to help you get some rest and relaxation with a great ocean view.
There is an (optional) upstairs suite with a separate entrance that has 1 bedroom, 1 full bath, living room, wet bar, breakfast table and great ocean view.
Upstairs suite available for an additional $125/night+tax+cleaning. Please request when booking.
You will have full access to the downstairs unit and yard. Owners occasionally stay upstairs to visit family or property maintenance.
We have multiple outdoor security cameras on each side of the house, doors & shed. Plus monitors for interior noise level, smoking detection, smart sensors for temp, humidity, and water. (see additional info for updates)
