Winter/Snowy Months: During the winter months, all guests are required to have a vehicle equipped with all-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive. We also ask that you back into the driveway upon arrival to allow for an easier and safer departure.
Please use extreme caution when driving, as the driveway and community roads are unpaved (dirt) and can be steep in certain areas, especially when snowy or icy.
Disclaimer: This is a mountain property, and conditions can vary with the seasons. Please be cautious of snow and ice, as melting and refreezing can create slippery surfaces. Be aware of wildlife in the area and avoid leaving food or trash outside. Uneven terrain is common—watch your step on pathways and outdoor areas. Exercise caution around the hot tub, as deep snow and ice may be present, making the area slippery. Stay safe and enjoy your time in the mountains!

CO Family trip
13 of us stayed at this beautiful home overlooking mountains, hills, lakes and nightly stars. Home was very comfortable and nothing was overlooked. Beds were comfy, kitchen was fully stocked with cooking & eating essentials. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub & board games. 10 minutes to town was also a plus. So many great memories were made and lots of cousin bonding. We will definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity. Would give 10 stars for sure.

We had a great time staying at this property. There was plenty of space for adults and children. The fenced yard was perfect for our dog. Matt was very communicative during our stay. Oh, and the hot tub was great under the stars. Would book this house again.

Fabulous family holiday!
GreyRek Lodge was the perfect fit for gathering four generations of our family together for a holiday week of cozy winter fun. A lot of our activities were planned around young kids (5 and under), and this truly felt like home away from home. With the added benefit of a spectacular view from the great room that is the central living area of the home. I mean a wall of windows that made the winter wonderland a part of the room! The property manager, Matt Levy, was extremely responsive and accommodating. The house was beautifully prepared for us, making us feel that he and the owners had thought of everything. Matt happily responded and in fact invited questions to make sure we had everything we needed. We arrived on Christmas Eve and The added touch of a Christmas tree was sweet. Favorites that added to our stay included a truly well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, a beautiful and easy to use fireplace, and the hot tub was a hit! We also appreciated having our dogs with us and that the property was perfect for that too (fenced yard, easy access to and from the living area, etc). The drive into the charming town of Grand Lake was easy and quick. We found lots of fun activities there like free skating areas, playgrounds, and sledding hills, along with homey restaurants and cute shops. We also did some skiing in winter park and tubing in Frazier , as well as a horse-drawn sleigh ride. All in all, we agreed this house is a keeper on our list of great destinations.
