About this space
Centrally located garage studio apartment near Downtown, the SoDA district, and McMurry University. This studio space has a KING size murphy bed with a comfy mattress. There is a small kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee pot. TV and wifi available in the unit. This space is great for a solo traveler or a couple.
The space
There is a slightly oversized AC/HEAT window unit which keeps this small space very comfortable in west Texas weather. Everything is this space is new, clean and up to date.
Guest access
The entire property/address is shared with the main house. This space is a separate garage apartment located to the left of the main house with a coral colored door. The driveway is only for guest of this space. Please park in the driveway when renting this unit leaving the street open for guest of the main house and neighbors. The backyard is shared space for both units.
Other things to note
Please note that while most Airbnbs allow service or support animals on their property we do NOT due to the health and safety of one of our owners and cleaning staff.

We are in a neighborhood, near downtown. There is normal noise of dogs, ambulances, etc. The garage apartment has been rebuild from the studs, everything is new, updated, and clean. This is the ideal space for a solo traveler or a couple. One car only please unless you are okay with parking behind each other in the driveway. This is an open studio with little privacy between the bedroom/living/bathroom. We believe in honesty so please know if you don’t know the person staying with you very well I wouldn’t recommend this space. It’s sweet and intimate and for a close couple, it’s great!

This sweet space is inspired by a place we stayed at in Golden, Colorado called The Dog House. We fell in love with the space while traveling and have dreamed for years about creating a space similar.
