Great Room and Location

Lovely room and location was great. Had a wonderful time walking around and checking out all the shops in the courtyard. Loved the fact that we didn't have to go far to find some place to dine.

Great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this vacation rental. It was spacious, the AC worked more than good. Bathroom was clean and great water pressure. Lots of shops and food downstairs, so it's a perfect little spot.

Great location

Roman was great and quick to respond. Condo in great location. Does get a little noisy but nothing bad. Will stay again when I come back to Palm Coast

Can’t ask for any better

Our stay was pleasant from beginning to end. I give 5 stars sparingly, but this one deserved it. Good pricing, cleanliness was outstanding, accurate to the pictures, and in a great location for a quick drive to the beach. I was also impressed with the check in process. Communication was fast and the info sent to us ahead of time made it fool proof. I would recommend this to family.

Anniversary weekend

I must compliment the cleaning crew. Everything was super clean and ready for our visit. The weekend activities were great. Live music, food and even a farmers market. Check in and out was quick and easy. Roman was informative and quick to respond. The only negative was the noise from right next store, for whatever reason the walls must be very thin as we hear everything going on next to us (unfortunately). The corner view from the balcony was great. The air conditioner was better than good, the bed was comfortable etc. We did have the elevator break / fail one evening. It was not that big a deal for us, as we just took the stairs. There was a person with a walker (unable to use the stairs) and they definitely had a problem. Thanks for a memorable weekend.

Cozy Stay was Charming

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your condo. It was just as nice as the pics portrayed it to be. I was expecting less because sometimes people post old pics of their property. But no surprises here. You can trust the pics. The condo was very clean and bright and beautifully appointed. I liked the decor. It makes you feel like you are in Europe. Just enough space and everything you need is included. Except of course your food and personal belongings. We did enjoy the European Village as well. There are several restaurants and shops, plus a barber, realtor, hair salon and massage therapist. They also have a couple of bars and a cigar room. Although there is no smoking permitted in any of the condos. This was a big plus for us. We enjoyed the view from the balcony, especially at night when things are lit up. Live music is in the courtyard several nights each week. The host is reachable if you need him but everything went smoothly so there was no need to contact him. I would recommend the European Village and especially this particular Condo. J. D. from Virginia
