The house has 4 bedrooms (the Master and 2 other rooms have king beds and the 4th room has a bunk bed and a crib) and offers enough space to comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.

Please be aware that this property is located in a very quiet area where noise is taken seriously. As a result, we have external cameras installed to help monitor noise levels.

Our home has been thoughtfully furnished with all the essential items for cooking, cleaning, and living. If any necessary items are missing or if there are any concerns about quality, please let us know and we will do our best to promptly address any issues.

For those who require a conducive workspace, our internet service with Vyve delivers high speeds of up to 200mbps. Additionally, as an engineer host, I ensured that the space is comfortable and efficient for work.

Please be advised that travel during the winter months carries risks due to potential snowstorms. Prior to your departure, we recommend checking the weather forecast. While we provide plowing service, in the event of a major storm it may take some time for the driveway to be cleared. We have also provided shovels in case of snowstorms, although these events are typically rare. During winter months, it is also advisable to have tire chains available.

Guests have full access to the house - our place is comfortable and we hope you enjoy your stay!

There are plenty of parking spaces in the driveway area and the gravel driveway area. Please be mindful not to block the entrance and exit.

SAME DAY BOOKINGS:
Please note that check-in is any time after 7 p.m. (For checking in on the same day you booked, our handymen, pest control, other utility service workers, and cleaners may be working on the property and need enough time to prepare the property), if the property is ready before 7 pm, we would let you know.
