Inside, the home is designed with families and groups in mind. The spacious game room includes a 65-inch Smart TV, pool table, foosball table, dart board, and air hockey, creating the perfect place for fun and connection.

Step outside and enjoy the open patio, complete with a fully set up grill, a large hot tub, hammock, and string lights. 1 Cal King bed and 1 twin daybed with twin trundle. Comfortably sleeps 4. Includes a propane fireplace not for use in summer months, Smart TV, direct access to the backyard and hot tub, a full walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom.

BEDROOM 2
Two twin bunk beds and 1 twin trundle. Comfortably sleeps 5.

BEDROOM 3
1 queen bed with Tempur-Pedic memory foam mattress. Sleeps 2.

BEDROOM 4
1 queen bed. Comfortably sleeps 2.

BATHROOM 2
Hall bathroom with shower and jacuzzi.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from everyday meals to larger family-style cooking. It includes a 4-burner gas stove, double oven, cookware, and appliances such as a blender, griddle, rice cooker, and Instant Pot. The living room features high ceilings, comfortable sofas, and a chaise, making it a welcoming place to gather. A 65-inch Smart TV and a selection of board games help keep guests of all ages entertained.

ADDITIONAL GUEST FEES
We welcome both small and large groups, and our pricing is structured accordingly. While the home can accommodate up to 14 guests, the base price reflects up to 10 guests. An additional per guest, per night fee applies for guests over 10.

PETS
Our goal is to keep the home allergen free for all guests. Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fee plus additional cleaning charges.

OUTSIDE FIRES
Per Madera County rules, no fires are allowed from May through October due to dry conditions and wildfire risk. When fire restrictions are lifted, any outdoor fire must be in an approved fire pit or chiminea. Guests may not create their own fire area using rocks or other materials found on the property. This does not apply to the propane BBQ provided for cooking, which may only be used for meal preparation.

SECURITY CAMERAS
For the security of the property, there are 2 front-facing security cameras onsite: 1 Ring doorbell and 1 camera above the garage.
