Beautiful log cabin in private, wooded, lake-front setting. Luxurious & fully equipped interior. Enjoy our lake frontage & private dock with paddle boat, canoe, & 2 kayaks. Bring your boat & use the nearby launch or ATV/snowmobile from property. Gas grill, & outdoor firepit with firewood included. Wifi enough for video streaming. Voyager Village resort 4 minutes away with restaurant, bar, beaches, tennis, and playground. Golf, indoor pool, sauna and exercise room available for a small fee.
The space
Wildlife abounds here. The fishing is great on Shoal Lake. It's a bird watcher's paradise, and you might see more deer than people during your stay. We have a level yard for lawn games (provided), and Adirondack chairs and a porch swing to take in the sunset over the lake. There are trails for hiking, x-country skiing (classic), mountain biking, ATV and snowmobiling just minutes from the property.

High-end furniture, quality linens, and multiple common areas including a main floor great room with vaulted ceiling and roomy, lower level family room. The covered 3-sided porch offers lake and forest views, or take in the views from inside through 4 patio doors. Kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and appliances needed for a gourmet meal. Are you a baker? We have all the supplies including a stand mixer. Put your favorite roast in the slow cooker in the AM, have fun outdoors all day and come home to your dinner.

Sorry, the wood stove is NOT available to renters due to our insurance policy.

In the winter, you will need a vehicle with 4-wheel drive. We have a snow plowing service, and they do their best to get to all their houses asap, but it is not perfect.

ATV/UTV
Burnett County has 50 miles of Summer ATV/UTV trails; approximately 80 miles of Frozen Ground ATV/UTV trails; and 120 miles of Winter ATV/UTV trails. ATV/UTV use is allowed on designated roads in the Town of Jackson, including some paved roads within Voyager Village.

-Roads open to ATVs are posted with signs identifying them as ATV routes. See below for a list of designated routes in the Town of Jackson.
-ATVs are not allowed at Voyager Village beaches or boat landings.
-ATV use on non-signed roads in the Town of Jackson is illegal and violators are subject to a substantial fine. The Town of Jackson retains the right to rescind the use of ATVs and UTVs.
-All ATV road routes and trails are closed from April 1 to the Friday of Memorial Day weekend.
