Come stay at the `Canal Cottage` off West Lake Okoboji in the Wahpeton Canals. This is a great place for families that want their own spaces. Right on the canal, you are steps away from the water and West Lake Okoboji. Enjoy fishing off the dock, boating from the property right into West Lake, or exploring the canals with the provided kayaks. (Check with property manager regarding boat size for hoist and canal access based on water levels) There is an 18`X18` (Huge!) screened in gazebo with propane firepit table, seating for up to 11, a smart TV, and electrical outlets. You`ll surely want to eat all your meals out here cooked on the property’s propane Weber grill.

Upon entering the main house you are greeted with a beautiful kitchen boasting quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and bar top seating. The living area has a pull-out couch and smart TV. There are two private bedrooms in the main house, both with queen beds, smart TVs, and plenty of natural light. The loft space above the bedrooms provides two additional queen beds. This space is great for older children and young adults. That`s not all; there is bonus sleeping quarters on the property that offers a twin over twin bunk bed with a twin trundle, smart TV, and air conditioning...your teenagers will love it! For the bicyclists out there, you`ll find a nice trail head with parking at the entrance of the Wahpeton Canals just a minute from the property.

Advanced Payment of 50% is due at the time of booking. Remaining Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Failure to remit final rental payment by scheduled due date may result in cancellation of your reservation
All payments are refundable prior to the cancelation due dates. To protect your rental investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning or maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.
Service fees may apply to guests who reserve online with a third party booking website. Third party services fees are not controlled nor collected by Okoboji Vacation Company, and as such are not reflected on reservation statements provided by Okoboji Vacation Company.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.
