The Boathouse is steps away from West Lake (1 min), City Park with Basketball Court (less than 1 min), Arnolds Park (2-3 min), Broadway Ave (Captain's, Axe Bar, Side Door, Nautical, Portside, Smokin Jake's, Lost Gar & Paddlefish, etc. less than 1 min), Central Emporium (3-4 min) and several options for shopping, eating and entertainment.
