This beautiful, charming home is great for anyone, whether you are traveling for work or leisure, you want to experience the vibrancy of Central Columbus, or you are a family visiting. You will be close to a lot of things when at this centrally-located home still within Columbus but tucked away from the inner city! Close to attractions in Columbus, downtown, Easton, the airport CMH, Bexley, Pickerington, etc., this beautiful 3-bedroom 2.5 bath home is in a quiet, nice neighborhood.

We do not allow parties or large events.

The Common Areas include a:
• Spacious living room area for relaxing
• Smart TV (log into your own apps such as Hulu, Netflix)
• Spacious, fine couch to relax after a long day out
• Half bathroom located downstairs
• Desk for our remote workers

The Kitchen comes with:
• A Mini Coffee Station to enjoy a hot cup of coffee
• Fully Stocked Cabinets (with dishes, pots, pans and utensils for your stay)
• Microwave, dishwasher, stove/oven, refrigerator and the essentials you’ll need
• Dining room table for eating or working

The Master Bedroom features a:
• King Sized Bed to relax and rest

• Direct access to the bathroom w/ shower and bathtub
• Double door sliding closet for storage

The other two bedrooms features:
• A Queen Sized bed in one room and a Full Sized bed in the other room

We came down for the Arnold Sports Convention. This was a centrally located place to stay. Communication with the hosts was very easy. It was a good stay for the 2 nights we were there.

It was a comfortable place for my immediate family and parents to stay. The backyard was great to be able to enjoy some outside time. When we needed anything the host responded quickly to help. We would stay here again.

Great location to the airport. We had an early flight and this was perfect. The house had everything as listed. We would stay again.

Fantastic Property and quiet neighborhood

The property is exactly as it is in the pictures. Fully furnished with all utensils. Turn-key rental, no need to purchase plastic forks or even shampoo and conditioner. VERY clean and cozy. No complaints and would recommend this to anyone.

DJ, I wanted to share some feedback regarding our stay, as we were disappointed with the overall condition of the rental. The listing photos did not reflect the current state of the property. Upon arrival, we noticed several exterior issues, including damaged and misaligned landscape lighting, a torn window screen near the front door, and a trash can that was already full of trash and yard waste, which impacted the first impression. Inside, while the home appeared tidy, it did not feel fully clean. The master shower initially backed up due to a drain clogged with hair, and both the master and hall bathroom sinks drained slowly. The bedroom carpets did not appear freshly vacuumed, and the refrigerator also needed additional cleaning. We also found that several items were not in working or usable condition. The TV in the yellow bedroom did not function, and the outdoor furniture was not usable due to torn seating.These observations were frustrating; however, given that we were in town for a graduation and had a very busy schedule, it didn’t feel worth reaching out during our stay. Overall, the property did not match the “oasis” experience described in the listing, and there appears to be a need for deeper cleaning, general maintenance and updating upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms. I wanted to bring this to your attention so these issues can be addressed for future guests.

Alyndra, thanks for your review. We acknowledge the torn window screen; it was a choice between canceling your reservation last minute when we discovered it after the guest before you, or deferring the repair in order to honor your reservation because it wasn’t an emergency. We chose to keep your reservation. However, we did an inspection after you checked out and we couldn’t establish your claims about a TV not working or the sinks. We reached out a day after you checked in to see if there’s any issues, and you didn’t bring up the TV or any other issue. Our listing photos are accurate, and while we trust our cleaners to do a good job, we do not hesitate to send them back out if we get a credible complaint. A photo of a cleaning issue (the refrigerator, for example) would have been good, but there was nothing. We are highly rated by guests, so this is unusual. Nonetheless, we will address the landscape lighting and outdoor seats.
