The Royal Manor was a wonderful place to stay! The house was clean, quiet and equipped with all the comforts of home. It's a split level with a lovely, picturesque upstairs, entertaining deck and backyard, and an action packed downstairs :) Playing the games downstairs was the best -the arcade, ping pong and air hockey were great, and watching TV in the cinema space with the surroundsound was exciting and so cozy! The neighborhood was also an unexpected plus with sidewalks and families walking with pets and strollers; and the playground space nearby truly encourages play and family. The hosts are fantastic as well; very attentive and responsive. Thank you Wen and Gaby for helping to make our Columbus stay joyous.

Overall, this is a great place to stay for the money. the hosts were quick to respond to questions, it was clean and the kitchen actually had a decent amount of stuff in it for cooking. A little rough around the edges if you really pay attention but nothing that bothered us. It is a cute house that’s been flipped. The game room and the tv room are nice additions. It’s in a quiet neighborhood next to a school with a playground and it was close to where we needed to be. We would definitely stay there again. The only things we would recommend adding are blackout curtains in the bedrooms because light comes in all the rooms as soon as the sun comes up. I would have given it a 4.5 if I could, but 5 is perfect and hard to achieve in my book.

Our group had a great time. The house was clean and the games were fun. Only suggestions would be to include extra trash bags, measuring cups for the kitchen, and better pans. Even with that, we would stay again!

We had a great weekend here and ended up hanging out at the house most of the time!Highlights:Super cute interior Close to everything! Kids loved the backyard and the giant tree stump. Lots of ping pong was played! Very quiet neighborhood. Starbucks is .7 miles away! Beds are very comfortable and the living room downstairs is great. Awesome heating, lots of vents.

We are pretty frequent VRBO users for volleyball tournaments. Rented this place two weekends in a row. House was as advertised, could use some fresh paint here and there but very convenient location to drive in and out if downtown Columbus and to get to Easton Town Center. Had a slight issue w ants (tis the season) but was fixed by our second weekend. Second weekend (same # of days) significantly more - not sure why? Local high school graduation demands? Gahana was good location. Kind responsive hosts.

There were ants in the kitchen and the upstairs shower had soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers glued to the wall and one fell off when we attempted to get the soap out.

This worked very well for our small family reunion. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware and cookware, which was much appreciated as we love to make meals together as a family. The kitchen faucet needed tightened which made it a bit tricky to use but I am sure the host has that resolved now. The bathroom was well stocked with towels and washcloths as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. The beds are pretty firm (which we like) and each bedroom had dressers and a closet which is always nice. Downstairs is a sleeper couch and some great activities between video machines, ping pong and air hockey. We had sooo much fun in the basement for a handful of old people! :) Location was great and the house is located in a quiet neighborhood next to an elementary school. Would definitely stay here again.
