Nice getaway

The host was very responsive and helpful, the location was off the main road and within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and shops, the house was peaceful with a nice backyard for our dog, and the town is situated near several state/national parks. Great stay!

Cozy and Great Location

Our host was very helpful and the home was clean, comfortable and very conveniently located. For a small group, 4 or less, this was perfect. Walking distance to mainstreet shopping and restaurants, but quiet and dark at night! Loved our stay!

The host was quite friendly and helpful, and if I needed anything, he was responsive and kind. Extra points for having a clean grill! There were some cabinet shelves that needed to be cleaned, the top of the fridge was pretty dirty (I like to store chips and things on the top of the fridge), but overall the place was just right for what we needed.

Great Place!

I've stayed at this home a few times and am always happy to come back when I work in Arizona. It is close to everything and cute little house. Great little space for a family to cook and stay while exploring the area!

The house was really cute, but the floors weren't clean. We kept our shoes at the front door to not track in dirt, but our white socks and bare feet got really dirty walking around inside, even in the bathroom. We had been excited to have a fire out back, but everything was so overgrown, and there's no light on the side of the house, so we didn't feel comfortable out there at night. The owner did come and pull large weeds from the patio when we asked, so we were able to use the grill.

Great location, perfect sized home for two. The beds were comfortable. The views are great! So much to do in the area! The host was courteous and friendly.

We needed a home to stay after a cross country trip

We spent 9 days in this homey cottage and a great location. Kanab is a great little town. I accidentally locked myself out one morning and Matt responded quickly to my call for help. It would be helpful to have two keys or lock with a code.

This is the cutest little place in the middle of Kanab. It’s a charming 2 bedroom bungalow. Comfortable beds. Great kitchen. And private back yard. Views of the nearby mountains. And very close to the “downtown” area of Kanab that seems to be growing more and more. Honestly I can’t wait to stay here again.

Kanab stay

The property was in great shape, very clean and comfortable. We loved the original sink! The backyard was a great place to sit and look at the stars. The location is easy walking distance to the main commercial area but far enough away that there isn't any noise. I hope to be back soon!

Super cute and Tidy!

We loved our stay at this cute Bungalow in Kanab. The property has a fully fenced in backyard that was perfect for my dog. A big plus was that the home had everything we needed in the kitchen to make our own meals which was super helpful for saving $$. The main downtown area is only 2 blocks from this home which was very convenient when wanting to walk around. We will definitely be back!

Six day stay

The stay began with a bit of a rough start due to some significant cleanliness issues, but Matthew kindly sent over the cleaners the following day. There were a bunch of smaller issues here and there after that — nothing major, however the amount of issues there were ended up cutting into some of my days and plans, which was frustrating, and also the reason I chose this property that was pricier than others that I was looking at was to avoid these stuff like this entirely. Matthew was kind and willing to help, and graciously gave me some money back. I genuinely believe that he will remedy the issues before the next guest. As far as the property goes, there’s a lovely view of the red rock from the living room, it’s a 10-15min walk or 3-4 minute drive to wherever you need to go in town, which is great. Comfortable beds and a nice backyard. The best part of the house is the kitchen — it’s super well-equipped and has a ton of counter space which made it a pleasure to cook in. The bathroom isn’t as nice as the rest of the house — it’s a bit worn, but it’s fine. It is a comfortable home, and once all the things are fixed, I would recommend it.
