Clean Condo in a Great Location

We used this house as a base location for a weekend of hikes and exploration. It was great having a clean place to come back to and the hot tub was perfect for evening relaxation.

Perfect location to venture out to parks. We loved downtown Kanab. Very friendly and welcoming! B4 was the perfect unit for the 6 members of our party…never ran out of hot water :)

Property was as advertised enjoying our stay. The master bathroom shower didn't drain will but other than that all was well no issues would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Great in-town location for Kanab visit

I attended meetings at the nearby Convention Center while my wife was able to walk anywhere in town in a few minutes from these nice accommodations. We had some minor problems with the entrance keypad code, but both times they were rapidly fixed on contacting the host.

We were visiting Bryce & Zion so this was our home base. Nice property and clean. restaurants close early in area . Issue we had was the odd addresses in the area and couldn’t find the place so that was frustrating but we eventually found itThere is a pool but we didn’t use

Cathy’s place was absolutely perfect! Description and pictures are accurate and even better in person. So comfy & cozy. Communication was excellent. I definitely recommend and would return in a heartbeat. Kanab is such a cute town. Make sure to get yourself a Kanokkie at the Brown Box Cafe! Pizza at Peekaboo Canyon Woodfired Pizza was delicious as well. This was a perfect base for Zion and we found plenty of things to do in the area. We even had time to enjoy the pool area.

Kanab sister trip

We had a great experience at the kanab canista. We each had our own room. We appreciated our home away from home so much. We enjoyed visiting around the dining table in the morning planning our hikes coming back to get ready for supper in this charming little town. The amenities were perfect fit for us clean and quiet.too.

This was the perfect place to enjoy some family time on our recent trip to Utah. The house was laid out well and very organized. We were only in town for a few nights, so we did not do any cooking, but there appeared to be stocked well with all of the essentials. This was the perfect place for us and our two adult sons - everyone had their own space. The only downside is only having one bathroom upstairs. Wasn't an issue for us, as our sons showered downstairs, but if three couples were staying here, it would be a bit crowded upstairs. Overall, this is a great little gem in Kanab and I'd highly recommend it!

So clean!

We are always concerned about cleanliness when we stay somewhere. This is the most we’ve been able to “let our hair down” when in a vacation rental with our kiddos in tow. Also loved that shampoo, conditioner, soap were provided among other toiletries!! We had a blast exploring all that is around!

When we arrived, there had been a miscommunication with the cleaners and the Vrbo hadn’t been cleaned. Thankfully the owner was responsive to our messages and was able to get cleaners in quickly and resolved any issues while we went out and explored Kanab. The Vrbo is located just a short walk to town, a short walk to an awesome park, and close to the K-Trail to hike up and see the Kanab ‘K’. The drives to all the local hikes and parks are also super easy to get to and have very picturesque drives!The Vrbo itself had most everything labeled so it was easy to find things and outside of the initial cleaning issue, the Vrbo was very clean! If/when we come to Kanab again I’d definitely try to stay here and would recommend to friends & family!

Great Accommodations

The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The only complaint is the pool that was supposed to be available was not due to needing repairs. Would have been better for us to know that prior to arriving since that was one of the reasons we chose this property. We have family members who have properties of this type and they discount the price if amenities that are listed when booked are not available and they let them know ASAP. Otherwise, was a great property.

I am so happy to hear that you had a wonderful time and enjoyed the accommodations! We love our vacation home and put in a lot of effort to ensure it’s an awesome place to stay. Regarding the pool situation, I understand your disappointment. At the time of your arrival, the pool was in the process of being drained and refilled, which was expected to be completed within a day of your stay. Unfortunately, our HOA later discovered that the damage was more extensive than initially anticipated, and we were equally disappointed about this unexpected turn of events. As for the matter of a discount, I want to clarify that we did offer one. On the day of your arrival, while finalizing your second payment before check-in, we waived the damage protection insurance fee, which is required, and gave you a 24% discount on your overall stay. I apologize if this was not clearly communicated to you beforehand, as we genuinely had no intention of misleading or disappointing you. I did not know you expected further discounts. I hope this explanation sheds some light on the situation. Thank you so much for staying with us!

Tolles Townhouse!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Kanab sehr genossen. Kanab ist die ideale Basis um Touren in die Umgebung zu unternehmen. Bei der Rückkehr freuten wir uns jedesmal auf den Pool. Das Ferienhaus ist geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht (zum Kochen, Waschen etc.). Hätten wir das vorher gewusst, wären wir noch länger geblieben.
